The staff at hotel Minerva were friendly and accommodating. For example, we had a bottle of wine that needed a corkscrew, and they provided not only a corkscrew, but a bucket full of ice. The view from the balcony overlooking Siena really gorgeous. And the location being right beside the city old mediaeval Fortress wall was quite cool to be able to walk around and see the sites. Also, just a 10 minute walk into the city Square.

Albergo accogliente e dal buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. È un po’ datato nella struttura. Le camere andrebbero rinnovate, ma sono decenti e pulite. Se cercate un hotel moderno questo non fa al caso vostro. Tuttavia, mi sento di consigliarlo perché è pulito, la colazione è abbastanza assortita ed il personale è molto gentile. Anche la posizione permette di raggiungere il centro a piedi piuttosto agevolmente.

The view from our room was beautiful! The staff at check in was so helpful and kind. They help change our room so we could have a view inside of the view of the side of a building.

The room was very small but the view was worth it. It was a good hotel in terms of location just a few all to most attractions and convenient for the train station

I was appalled at the treatment of the front staff. Those that appeared to be upper management were extremely rude. There was a young girl by the name of Sophia and a night receptionist (male) that were kind and went over and above! The ladies working in the cafeteria and the maids were extremely kind too. In fact, I would go to them for assistance in order to avoid the front desk.

We really liked our one night here. The location is close enough to easily walk to the city center but far enough away for it to be quiet when the city is bustling at night. We had a room with a terrace view of the city and enjoyed the couple hours we were able to sit out there. It's also conveniently located near the train station, only about five minutes by taxi to get there.

Good location outside main city’s streets. Terrible air conditioning system in the older rooms. No ability for staff to fix it. Newer rooms have a better a/c and updated furniture.

Close to city center. Basic room. Bed was on the hard side, but clean and safe. Also offered a nice breakfast.

Hotel com boa localização. Fora da área ZLT, estacionamento fácil na frente e arredores do hotel. Em aproximadamente 15 min caminhando você chega no centro de Siena. Café da manhã razoável. Escolhi a acomodação com varanda. O único porém era o barulho do exaustor do banheiro quando ligava a luz, tornando impossível conversa entre quem estava no banheiro e no quarto.

Excelente Hotel muy cerca del centro de Siena y de las estaciones de autobús y tren. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Todo lo puedes hacer caminando. Incluso después de un recorrido por toda la mañana nos fuimos a descansar al Hotel y regresar al recorrido por la tarde noche. Todo muy cerca y un Hotel muy cómodo.
