There was no breakfast served at all even though they advertised breakfast from 6-9am tried three different mornings and nothing other than that everything else was alright

Property is attractive enough for the price and location. Listing said pets are free. Property policy actually calls for $25 for a small dog. More for larger.

Bathroom had no door it was broken n they tried to run my payment without me being present

Felt safe and staff was very helpful. Room was nicer than expected.

Difficult to access entrance

The employee who worked at the front desk was amazing. However, the hotel as whole is underwhelming. The room I was booked the door was broken. The TV barely worked. The room was only $44 so I guess you get what you pay for.

Elevator doesn't work it makes you pay $100 deposit

The rooms were not clean and the bed sheets smell like urine and there are some black marks on the comforter we got . The towels were everywhere like they are floor mats .

Room wasn't cleaned until 5pm.

Was asked why I didn't tell her about the airconditioning was broken.Mentined the shower chair was damaged. She said some older person could get injured. You better know who's job it is to access room before letting in a new customer. Canceled resorvation for October 9th to tenth. Re ceived no email or text to confirm. Seeking legal guidance on how to proceed. Was told that one of the employees at the Brandon Hotel was a victim of the Rankin County Sheriff's office was goon sqad. Was it? Has India or planned parenthood decided? How is this a concern of mine? Why is your employee being so political? How come I had money stolen from me 5 times from Choice hotel properties?

There was mold on shower curtain. The sheets had brown stains on them. The walls in bathroom had brown marks on them.

There is no pet fee listed for this hotel to find out $60 for a dog and they have a weight limit. A manager was who checked me in and out. Non working tv, toilet seat was broken, picture frame on the wall was broken, floor seemed like it had been flooded and very wavy. Addressed all this with the manager on duty and was told her boss would call me as she does not go to rooms to inspect them. Her boss still has not called.
