Clean. Pretty quiet except for a rowdy party the one night which the staff tried to address.

Clumps of hair from last guests were left on the carpet and entry area.

Thanks for the upgrade to a suite! You spoiled on me my first experience using a Hilton Hotel. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and I did have dinner there as well. It's a great place and convenient, but the it's a slow kitchen. So if you're eating here, and pressed for time, you should find other options. Also if a customer orders soup, that's an entree and should be served before the main food order. Thanks again!!

We had a great two night stay in a standard two queen room. Beds were comfortable. All the pillows were a little too flat. Pool area and gym were clean. Pool is small, but it works! We didn’t have any special accommodations, but they were helpful with giving us a new room key when my son lost it!

Great atmosphere. Very clean and the bed was comfortable, great sleep. Front desk offered options for breakfast if wanted. Definitely would come back.

Clean nice hotel. This is hotel is our preferred choice when staying in Oakville. Normally the rooms are in good condition. One stay the thermostat was broken and the room got very warm but usually everything is great.

Staff were rude and not willing to understand our difficulty to strive for to traffic conditions. Charged applied even with support from Expedia noybto charge.

Location was easy to find . Staff were friendly and room was immaculate. Bonus was the bed was beyond comfortable.

Service was excellent. Rated one lower only because the restaurant is not open for lunch/brunch on weekends. Also Keurig black tea in rooms limited to Darjeeling. I did not have a car with me so fresh food choices limited.

We checked in and out using the app, which made it easy. We used the digital room key as well. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable for our needs.
