It was ok but needed to update air conditioning. Very loud when trying to sleep. Carpet needed updated also.

It was a nice affordable place to stay, quiet and on the edge between pigeon forge and the smoky mountains which was convenient. Breakfast was okay but have had better. The room we had is a walk in shower, I do like a bath tub occasionally so we missed having that. Overall…. Very nice place to stay! No bugs and clean!

Cleaning staff were wonderful. However the 7th floor smelled like cat urine

DONT BOOK HERE! We couldnt stay here safely as we were traveling we a toddler and pregnant mom! As soon as we walked in the room smelled of mold. The rooms for so disgusting we didnt want to touch anything. THE front desk was no help and hotels.com wasnt either! We ended up having to drive around and find a motel last minute, it turned our family day out into a very stressful situation. We will no longer be staying at Country inn and suites, go down the road and book a hilton for the same price and save yourself the headache!

Corner balcony room … nice but lights from parking lot was pretty bright at the room Could have had bigger pillows… Breakfast was ok …. Eggs sausage and same ole stuff… Staff was friendly… location was nice also

Got the king bed, 7th floor with front balcony view. Comfy bed, spacious room with two sink. Hot water did run out by the time we got to shower. Downside, the elevator takes forever!

It was stinky and just new paint over an old building

Pillows we're horrible. I have never seen them in a hotel. Breakfast was the worst. Out of alot of items.

Great place to stay for a few days

Needs a lot of updating carpet needs replaced in halls and rooms. Need to be cleaned and get rid of mildew. Patches need to be cleaned and Canadian geese had parklot nasty. The staff was very kind and polite. The river was nice. Sorry those people work in that nasty building. It could be a great Hotel if they remodeled and a thorough cleaning.
