Needs a good cleaning and painting and new toilets . Customer service was good

Staff was great.

The room reeks of smoke. There was little water pressure on the shower. No outlets to charge phones. Bugs can crawl through the bottom on the door. However, the woman at she front desk was super nice and helpful. Although, I didn’t ask to change rooms or complain of the conditions.

Omg nastiest place I have ever been to ! I wouldn’t stay if it was free . Bugs on beds , worms on ground lots inside dead bugs everywhere old dilapidated dirtiest place I’ve ever been it wasn’t even good enough for my dogs and I didn’t stay there long enough to take pictures

Central to all the amazing spots mystic, stonington, foxwoods, westerly.

Neighbor was screaming at his wife at 3am...wasnt property owners fault but made iur 1 night stay horrible...and the "breakfast" was scary...old gallons of milk in the fridge...community bucket of margarine, no cream cheese, no silverware...you get what you pay for I guess

Room was not clean at all and had a stink

We stayed in a room on the first floor, it was very sticky and air was stagnant. There was a damp smell in the room. Little flies were all over the room walls. We heard the people above us making noise early in the morning, and heavy foot steps up and down the stairs. I recommend trying to get a room on the 2nd floor when you stay. One nice thing about the place is they offer a limo to and from Foxwoods Casino, but since we weren't going to the casino we didn't take them up on the offer.

The staff was pleasant, and the room was very clean.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Water pressure in shower is weak. Bugs seen in room. Dated.

As soon as we arrived we noticed that the room wasn’t really clean the floor was dirty and there were bugs flying around. We found several bugs on the bed and decided to leave instead.

Suite was not what we expected, tile floors no rugs, the blinds in the window over the bed fell a couple of times; there was a space that we could see through and pretty sure that people could see in as well

Pretty average experience. Don't like that the rooms are connected though.

The room was very cold, tried to slow down the fan and was unable to. Ended up unplugging the unit. Other than that everything else was good.

Fantastic staff but room was oddly laid out, no lights or electric by bed, one side of king bed pushed up against wall. Electric outlets that did exist were loose and had burn marks-SCARY!

Nice trees, close to Foxwoods, inexpensive, allows pets

Not the cleanest, found an injured hornet on the room floor. They could use new toilet seats, not comfortable with the cleanliness of them. Good value for the price on a Saturday.
