Rooms look old and worn

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay. It's my second time staying at a Hilton Garden Inn, once here and once in California. The one thing I didn't like was the slight odor in the room. It was like a musty smell. We got an air freshener and that took care of it.

Staff was wonderful, the hotel was amazing for the price and it also had a great restaurant and outside area. Would absolutely stay here again next time for sure!

Everything was good only issue was my card been on hold for a week and hasn’t cleared yet.

The hot tub was nice.no breakfast included for steep price paid.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms and hotel were spotless and comfortable.

Walls are thin, you could hear TV from next room. We asked the girl at front desk to please have them turn it down, it never happened. We called again and this time we got a man and he went up and told them to please turn it down finally.

Clean room. Good attention from staff for checking in and getting settled. After waiting a long time, and after being told our breakfast would be up soon, discovered the order had been lost!

Very good value. Nice spacious rooms comfortable bed. Hotel looks almost new.Convenient location. Restaurant available for breakfast and dinner. Staff very pleasant.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and rooms

We had to stay in town unexpectedly for a couple days because my wife went into the hospital there.

Everyone was very friendly, great restaurant, comfortable bed.

Gabriella was very helpful and friendly at checkin. Domenic, bartender waiter was very helpful at dinner and food was really good especially pulled pork poutine. The lady who ran thecbreakfast wasxhelpful and kind. Loved this hotel- very comfortable beds.

Christmas Buffet was terrible and way overpriced. The best part of the meal was the salad. The ham and prime rib were just ok at best. The mash potatoes and Mac and cheese were not good at all. That was it for food other than dessert. No vegetable?

Great lobby area for enjoying time with friends and family. I enjoyed my stay. Desk personnel were exceptionally friendly, helpful and cordial, exceeding my expectations.
