I stayed at Novotel for 3 weeks whilst I was working in Karlsruhe. It's very well located near the theatre, the shopping mall and easy to walk into the town. The hotel is very clean and staff very helpful. It's a corporate style hotel, so very clean and functional. I don't think this would be relevant if one is there for a short stay, but for the longer 3 week stay it became difficult as the housekeeping time window is any time up to 3pm, so trying to plan my day around being out of the room for house keeping, was difficult and unpredictable. And their consistency on what they refilled (tissues, bathroom supplies, minibar, coffee etc) and clean sheets was also not consistent and I had to ask for things various times over the three weeks, that I felt should have been automatically attended to every day. However this is a small point as overall it's a very reliable and excellent hotel. And highest praise for how quiet it was!!

Acoustics is terrible 😔 . You can hear any step someone is taking from the above or from side rooms . Rooms cannot be heated which is something you should not expect from such hotel. Bottom line I had a rough night and will not choose it again with comperable other options

Zimmer war super, Personal sehr freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt, dass das Wasser in der Dusche plötzlich von lauwarm auf siedend heiss umschlägt.

Geräumige Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück

Rommet var moderne, rent og pent. Minibar var inkludert og kjøleskap ok størrelse, men vårt virket ikke. Sengen var bedre enn forventet. Vi spiste ikke frokost.

Sentral beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum , jernbanestasjon og trikk. Veldig hyggelig personale. Rent. Lyse og trivelige rom. Utmerket frokost. I det hele tatt er vi veldig fornøyde. Vi kommer nok til å booke oss inn her igjen!

Samstag Frühstück bis 11, Sonntag bis 13 Uhr, große Auswahl, frische Pfannenzubereitung von Eiern, Gemüse usw. Super Service. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und Sonderwünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles reibungslos! Immer, gerne, wieder!

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer leider nicht so gut heizbar ( nur Klima warm/ kalt ).Bodenisolierung ist nich so gelungen. Jeder Schritt ist als dumpfes Geräusch zu hören!
