Good breakfast. Excellent location if you want to be near the airport and the Madrid center (via metro train). Very good choice.

The place smelled amazing. The staff are really friendly. The only reason I didn’t get a five star is because when I checked in, I was traveling solo, but as the guy was giving me my card, he literally announced to everybody what room I was in which I wasn’t, a fan of the room was great.

This hotel is located in San Sebastian de Los Reyes area and in our case it was located at the perfect place to be close to our family and friends living in Madrid. This time of the year with cold weather the rooms have only heaters in use. If you want to cool your room just open a window and shut off the heater and it will be great. The only possible issue for this location is parking space if you are renting a car since you will need to park in the street if parking is available. We were using taxi and friends for our moves so it was not an issue for us. The room could be a bit small for some. Not an issue for us. Last but not least, the beds are on the extra firm side, so if you need a soft bed that is not going to happen. We did request a couple of extra large blankets and my wife placed them under the mattress cover and it helped her to make it a bit more comfortable. I would probably stay in this hotel, but I always look for others in the same area to compare rates. Recommended.

Room was fine - hotel was in a strange location in the middle of a neighborhood with parking problems and accessibility problems with steep stairs just to get into the hotel. Staff were pleasant, food was good, but I also git back late to the hotel and it was literally chained closed. I had to wait for the hotel staff to open up the door for me.

La habitacion limpia, el baño super amplio y cómodo, aire acondicionado bueno, el desayuno superó mis expectativas, mucha variedad a seleccionar tipo buffet, la presentación de los alimentos y bebidas me gustó mucho, el café estuvo exelente. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable y servicial.
