Great value, clean and fun for kids. Easy walk to marina, pools are heated and large hottub. Enjoyed our time here.

The staff is always amazing at this resort. Our only issue

Our room was awesome, super comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean, everything was new. The all inclusive was incredible, service for food and drinks were nonstop. The restaurants were 5 star quality. We will definitely be going back

My room was newly renovated. However, most rooms are 30 years old and have plumbing problems. Older rooms are different for seniors to bathe in step down tub shower combo. The grounds are well kept. Views are amazing, and location is perfect for enjoying the town.

Spacious 2 bedroom room with an amazing view of the pool and beach. Loved the balcony and kitchen -- great for families.

Our room was very clean. The most impressive thing about this resort is how well kept it is and how friendly the staff is. The food was also amazing.

Room fine. Spa great. Pool more “spring-breaky” than relaxing. Picania in main restaurant was horrific-tough & stringy dog meat.

This was our 15th time staying at this gorgeous resort! They do everything with enthusiasm, it’s clean, detailed, wonderful in every way and I always feel great here! I highly recommend you stay

Enjoyed the Sports Bar in the lobby. It was reasonably priced compared to other offerings on the resort. Food was good in the Sports Bar. Coffee Bar was good - coffee pretty strong so had to dilute it but the pastries were good. Excellent housekeeping.

Great seevice

Our stay was excellent!! Our room was a pleasant surprise-very spacious. The staff was outstanding starting with check-in through checkout. We were fortunate enough to attend both the Mexican fiesta and the beach party- had a fantastic time. The entertainment staff go above and beyond. I can’t remember all their names but Roberto, Leylani, Sarah, Rodrigo-all so friendly. Waiters at the pool were outstanding. We can’t wait to come back!!

Room was spacious & everything is in walking distance including most excursions. The resort has a lot to offer

The refurbished rooms are great except the new bed mattress are on the firm side. I slept on the sofa. However, the rooms that have not been renovated, look nice and clean, but they have a lot of problems with plumbing. At least that is what my cousin said.

I love this hotel. The staff is phenomenal, the rooms are terrific. They treat you like royalty every time you arrive. I’ve probably stayed in 20 hotels in Cabo San Lucas and I keep coming back to this one because they are so great.
