Lots of kid activities. Unfortunately our elevator was broken for 3 days and we were on the 4th floor. Also had to contact service dept when our a/c stopped functioning at 1:00 am.

The resort is an excellent place to stay, especially if you have children. Our trip was just my husband and me, but we still had a good time. I think the kids had so much to do there, and all of them seemed to love it. The resort is a little aged, but it is still kept up well. Our room was cleaned every day, the beach towels were plentiful, and the food was excellent.

We had a great time will definitely go back. It was clean but you could tell it is older. However the beds. Couch and chair were very comfortable! Lots of amenities and everyone was friendly & helpful!

Worst day of our lives. Our toilet backed up and we had to call two times and waited over an hour for someone to come up to try to fix it, which after all, they did not. The state was miserable due to these condition conditions. When we spoke to the staff, the manager said that she would comp our stay after that we found out that she retracted it and we had to pay for it anyway. It did however, show on my bank statement for one day and then they took it off.Do not stay at this hotel! They truly do not care about their patrons. We were unbelievably disappointed.

It is right at the beach and plenty of restaurants in close proximity

I hate giving bad reviews but the cockroach and musty smell was unacceptable. Great location just horrendous musty smell.

Overall RumFish was - okay. We have fun wherever we go so we make the most of annoyances like limited dining and extremely crowded pools. The pickleball court was very nice. Touch tank kinda lame and the “large aquarium” is inside a restaurant not really like an actual aquarium. We had a good time but likely won’t be back.

Totally honest review here…. This is NOT a luxury resort! Not yet anyway. The entire first floor is still under renovations. The smells of old musty stale water (or mold) linger up through the vents as well as when you walk by the rooms with open doors. They are working daily. So the sounds of construction begin promptly each morning with earlier sounds of workers getting dropped off and assembling. The bathroom fixtures in our room were not good, the toilet had rings, not sure if stained or not cleaned before our arrival. The towel bar was falling off the wall and the floor divider was rusted. The floors were so dirty that my socks were black after 4 days. The positives: location, location, location! The beach was beautiful, once you walk past the construction workers stationed near the beach access. The restaurant was amazing and ability to use amenities was nice….however, not all available during our visit. Oh, not all elevators work, be sure to ask which ones work so you can park accordingly and same for ice machines!

Excellent location right on the beach! Variety of activities and many hotel amenities, I loved the beach lounges with umbrellas and the hammocks by the trees. Villa ocean view room was perfect for our stay.

Hotel room is smell like you are in old basement It supposed to be hotel view but all what I could see was back of others hotel parking lot and water sucking machine
