I really enjoyed my stay here. There were fireworks by the lake for the 4th of July and the kids were able to roast marshmallows. Very family friendly and everyone is so nice and helpful!

I had just love everything about the property

Overall everything was nice. However, the streets are too tight for safe passing. It seems a few more amenities could be beneficial,,yet I can't state specifics at the moment. I will say the staff was excellent, especially Alejandro and Mariana (might be misspelled).

The unprofessionalism and miscommunication from the staff was mind blowing, I have not had an awful review with my travels since I stumbled across this stay. Out dated and overpriced villas, deception from the staff, let’s not talk about the bugs found around the bedding, cold water for 26 hours because of the lack of explanation that you need to run every faucet in the villa, not being able to utilize amenities as they close early so you need to get up very early which limits your sleep or relaxation time. So due to the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy along with mid communication from the staff (mind you I asked for a manager 3/4 day stay) and yet received a follow up and until then a complementary late check was given by a front desk property manager and we when left out the villa for coffee mind still an hour so for a check out they remotely disabled our villa access leaving us in the scorching heat. Front desk says oh yeah we do see late check out we will send security to let you in. Let’s just say this is a summary, however a full google and yelp review with names will be available soon.

Conveniently close to Convention Center

We didn't get the room we reserved, and they supposedly didn't have any other rooms available when we asked to move to another.... The room smelled musty because of standing water in the dishwasher, and the toilet was loose when you would sit on it, we complained to front desk and they said they would send someone to fix the problem, 5 days later no one ever came to fix issues....

It was real nice, friendly staff minus the timeshare lady who got mad when I refused to do the 90 min breakfast/sales pitch. would go back and would recommend to friends and family.

El hotel muy bueno al igual que el servicio , Solo por recomendacion tiene que tener mas control con los parqueos si salias a Cenar cuando llegabas te toca a parquear super lejos de tu habitacion y el elevador es super viejo (Torre 1500 )

Put us on 2 different floors when i asked them ahead of time to keep our room together. Not enough restaurants and food option.

I asked 2 rooms beside the eachother for my family and they didn’t it. They put us completely on different floors.
