Our Air conditioner was not working as it should. The temp never moved from 77 degrees. We kept it cool with the ceiling fans. Also, the pool that is open until 10 water felt very dirty, and the bottom of the pool was slimy.

Great place to spend time on property and parks.

Even though the location is good close to the parks and it was clean and had polls and all that - some of the issues I encountered as a visitor from another state - internet connection is very bad my phone barely worked. TVs in the rooms are not smart so can't watch Netflix YouTube or anything else. Unless you rent a car there is only one Mexican restaurant and pizza place that was closed during my stay. In 4 days I had no one ask if we need anything except offer for a free breakfast if I decide to look at the property which I politely declined - I can afford a breakfast and not waste time on this.

My family and I have had many stays here at Westgate. Each time being a pleasant experience. There is plenty to do at and around Westgate. I highly recommend.

This was our first time here and we were really impressed. Room was beautiful (I did call for extra blanket ), pools were nice, I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurants or bar but the splash park was amazing. Thank you guys can’t wait to be back

I arrived on Monday, and asked for an upgrade to my room as I needed a tub and fridge. I didn’t realize the room i had only had mini fridge and only shower. I am traveling with a toddler. Tuesday i bathed my son, and then left to the park. I returned Tuesday evening to only smell must in the room. I walked around the room, and the rug to the right of the tub was soaked. I called maintenance and he arrived. His thought was something to do with the jets from the previous person as i had not used the jets with my 3yr old. I woke up at 3am and the smell was so bad, i called again telling them there was no way this was normal or a jet issue and i needed someone there first thing in the morning. I left to another park, called on my return and they said the ticket was closed out and everything was all set. The rep said “they may have replaced the rug” lol clearly not a one day job- so I thought ok I’ll see when I return. I returned to the room smelling great, and a housekeeper leaving my room with cleaning supplies. Thursday morning I woke up to another day, another smell. Called them first thing in the morning, and

We loved the kitchenette ,but the wifi could be better and the bed in couch was un comfortable besides that the place was awesome!!!!

The amenities were great, the staff was pleasant.

The outlooks of the property is good however the facilities are too old. No room cleaning services makes me so upsets.

Location very convenient

They helped promptly when needed and left us alone the rest of the time, exactly the type of service you want.

I enjoyed my stay

*long review* Our arrival day did not start out so well. We drove from NC & had family from TN coming in to spend a week here. Westgate was gracious enough to upgrade our room so we could be closer to our family and that we appreciated. The downside was that we checked in at 2:30 pm and did not get into our room until 10:30 that night. Apparently they forgot to add our room to the list that needed supervisors approval after being cleaned. I called multiple times and was told it still wasn't ready. After 7 hrs. of waiting I went back & finally got something resolved. They did reimburse us the resort fee of $238 and said they upgraded our room to a bigger room. After traveling almost 10 hrs. to get there and 7 hrs. later to get in our room, we get to our building and there are no carts to take our stuff to the 4th floor anywhere in sight. Remember by now it's after 10pm so I'm guessing people just kept them in their rooms. That's not how I wanted to start a vacation. We missed out on all the activities that day, which was the 4th July. The room was spacious with full kitchen, washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the downside was the mattress on the bed. It was beyond needing to be replaced. It sloped on one side, so you had to sleep in the middle so you wouldn't fall out of bed. If I could attach pics on review, I would. We made it work and enjoyed spending time with family by the pool. The Mexican restaurant and Sids American I believe it was called was very good.

The property was nice, lots of things to do for everyone. However the shipwreck water park wasn’t included you have to pay for that separately. Also, be prepared to pay additional resort fees at the property.
