Beautiful hotel- I couldn’t stop taking photos. The people working there were so kind and helpful. The restaurants were excellent. I especially enjoyed eating outside on the patio overlooking the lake.

We had such a wonderful stay! The warmth and attentiveness of the staff brought the best of Indian hospitality to life. Everything was flawless—we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Extraordinary experience, amazing staff, great food and a unique

We have been very impressed with this hotel. The service here with attention to details is top notch and approaching Four Seasons level. The food quality is excellent; although apart from breakfast -the menu options are a bit limited. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Picturesque and breathtaking property. Very well laid out. Peaceful and serene as well.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at Udaivilas. The sprawling grounds were fun to explore and the rooms were so whimsical. The food was also exceptional, and we appreciated the attentiveness and warmth of the staff.

Udaivilas was wonderful but certainly not as good as other Oberoi properties. The staff is not as well trained and not as helpful as the other Oberois we've stayed in for sure.

Serene and calm atmosphere and the greenery in the property was amazing. Service from the staff was excellent.

The best service we’ve ever received and we’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels before. We normally stay at the Leela hotel but chose this as a change. We are very glad we did as it was exceptional and better than other hotels we’ve stayed at.

Amazing property and traditional cultural experience. When we had an issue at dinner, stithy( manager) took care of things immediately. Chef Karan was amazing. They made up for what we did not like and ensured our stay was comfortable. They even had the room decorated and welcomed my husband with a cake and other goodies in recognition of his birthday. The 2nd room also had amazing bakery items and overall welcome expertise was just amazing. Overall an amazing place.

Exceptional hotel in every way. Will definitely stay here again. One night the Chandani restaurant was extremely busy. There was a bit of delay in serving one of the items we had ordered. They were nice enough to acknowledge that, and served us dinner on them!

Beds are way too hard. For a such a hotel they need to provide more comfortable beds

Brilliant hotel, service and hospitality is a different level- better than any other hotel we have stayed at. Rooms and food is excellent as well as best spa. Only thing I would say, is taps are not mixer taps so difficult to adjust water temperature. Other than that best hotel ever stayed at well worth it. And worth the upgrade for the the semi private pool.
