A great option for an extended stay.

Extended Stay hotels are always a good stay in a clean, comfortable room and a safe environment. The Rochester Extended Stay certainly upheld those standards. Would definitely stay again.

Just needed a place to stay for one night for my son and me, and it worked for that purpose. In the evening, there were a couple of dogs barking in the hotel (obviously, it's a pet friendly hotel), and I worried that it was going to be an issue. But I never heard a dog after 9pm, so no problem. We didn't even check out the breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Overall, a good value for the low price.

The hotel is in serious need of repairs. Our room had a light bulb missing and broken phone. There was no repair man available to fix it, so they offered to switch our room. We didn't, simply because we didn't have any need for the hotel phone, other than to call the front desk. There is also a lingering musty smell throughout the entire building. I have no idea what the source is. It was doable for a 2 night stay, but if we had been gone any more than that, we would have switched hotels.

Economical and perfect suited our purpose fine

From the time I walked in it was a get what you pay for moment. Do to an event it was the only thing available. It felt like we were staying in a half way house. We had to go buy bedding and new towels to use. It did not feel clean enough to use theirs . There is no housekeeping unless you stay over 7 days . The lady at the desk was not nice during the mornings. There is a small kitchenette with no dishes utensils or cookware at all. We definitely did not leave any valuables in the room when we were not there. The only grab and go breakfast was coffee and a breakfast bar. No pool no place at all outside your room to sit . Just hoping I did not bring home bed bugs . Will never stay here again even if only option! I will stay a distance and drive next time.

Facility needs updated, and deep cleaned. Floors were not level, and one soap and one tiny shampoo for 2 is just cheapness on the hotel side

The property is an extended stay so it has a small kitchen but there were no dishes, pans, flatware or any other eating or cooking utensils. The furniture was falling apart and the room was so small that there wasn't even room to change my mind! Don't waste your money here.

There was only one safe exit for handicap people and even that was not kept up with salt when it was slick outside. The burners in the room didn't work properly. I highly doubt that we would stay there again, especially for any length of time.

It’s average hotel so for the price it was fine

The elevator smelled like weed and the rooms need an update, dressers and tables were chipping and paint. Overall, though, it wasn’t a bad stay and was affordable.

This hotel fit my needs. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Close to shopping marketplace center and so many different places to eat that are nearby.

At 3 in the morning a woman with a key card to our room attempted to open the door and called out "Housekeeping". The bolt and clip were on so she was unable to come in. Reported to management in morning and was told "sorry, we'll look into it".

The young ladt Tia is a very kind and courteous employee, She goes above and beyond to serve her guests. She deserves an award for her service at night or whenever she works.
