Me dieron check in antes de la hora . El hotel es excelente y las habitaciones amplias , limpias y deliciosas . Solo cambiará la iluminación a luz cálida ya que es muy blanca y el pasillo del piso 3 tiene un olor particular pero nada de que quejarme .

You let us check in early coz there was an available room. You understand our flight from New York arrived early and we are tired.Again, your service was excellent. I’ll recommend and mention this to all my New York friends.

Hotel lobby is attractive and clean. The reception staff are ver helpful, especially Rachelle. She recommended a nearby tapas restaurant. It was excellent. She also helped us recover our delayed luggage. The room is very nice. The bed is comfortable.

Very well located hotel, especially for transport connections, and in a nice area. Staff were very friendly and check-in smooth. Rooms were comfortable and sufficiently large but a little dated, and the bath/shower difficult to get into.
