Great place to stay! Breakfast is top notch!

The rooms were extremely clean. The entire staff from the front desk, to the maintenance, and the breakfast help were friendly and so helpful. Walking into the lobby you just felt the warmth. The friendliness of the staff is a great indication of the quality of this establishment.

It was a lovely stay! Loved our accommodations!

Property location and view was great. When i first checked in i didn't get a room as i booked on Expedia. When i got to the room had to go get it fixed. Then the room i got the bathroom toilet ran all night.

Very detail oriented. Clean, comfortable, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was above and beyond what we have experienced at other places.

Very well kept lodgings with a view of ghe river and a great breakfast.

Great staff, clean pool, very kid friendly, the chef had fresh cookies baked throughout the day. Would love to stay there again.

Clean and comfortable

This stay was for a very special occasion-Grandson's graduation from U of I. I reserved the room over one year ago and was shocked at the rate. But after checking in the area found the same or higher rates. I knew I must pay the higher charges to be able to attend the special event. I am very happy with the overall experience at Holiday Inn. They made everything easy and comfortable and worry free. Plus I enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day breakfast on Sunday. I was very pleased with the lovely stay.

The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. There was a strange smell in room 110. Room 112 was great!!

The lobby and the view are nice and that’s where it ends. The pool was cloudy so we did not swim which was a disappointment. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, the pancake machine was out of order. The room smelled old and musty although it had recently been remodeled. The Air Conditioner didn’t work very well either and put out a smell of mold. The bed was one of the worst I have encountered at a hotel and I have stayed at a lot. We had trouble sleeping and were up every hour tossing and turning. The balcony had a beautiful view and we enjoyed our time overlooking the city. The bathroom was nice and clean with very hot water which we enjoyed. Overall a 2.5/5 I probably wouldn’t stay here again when there are other options for the price.

Quick trip checked in at 11pm and was out by 7am

The staff were amazing! The property was a perfect place for me and my dog to stay prior to the Lewiston Dog Show. I already told my girlfriends we need to stay here next year when we go to compete at the dog show!

It was great

I booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub that were shown online. We got to the hotel and there was no hot tub, we were told the pool was heated but it is was cold. I would of booked somewhere else if I had known there was no hot tub. Other than that the staff was very friendly and our room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Check in was fast. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed food and shopping near by. My family enjoyed our stay.

Got there, blinds wouldn't open. Desk clerk tried, failed. Asked repeatedly for them to be fixed. Was told they are just broken. No repair offered, no discount offered. Was disability access room. Only way for my wife to see out was to hold the blind up from her wheelchair. to see out.

I enjoy staying here when in town, things are clean and quiet
