We were moved to the Grand hotel Savoia next door. Which was stunning and a lovely stay. This was a free upgrade. Not sure why but not complaining!

Excellent hôtel, personnel serviable, à l'écoute. Toute l'expérience était impeccable, du petit déjeuner, Dîner et l'accueil. Seul point négatif, pas de spa (en travaux), on aurait bien voulu en profiter

Very whimsical decoration, very clean. The elevator is very interesting and the breakfast es 15€ per person. Dinner was ok. The location is perfect you can see the train station.

Stayed in a family room and hotel was great. Breakfast was good and loved the outdoor hot tub area on the roof. Would stay again if in the area in the future.

We were assigned a room at the next-door sister hotel Savoya. Beautiful place. Nice clean room great location.

Merkezi lokasyonda, temiz ve şık bir otel. Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

The hotel was very clean, the room had recently been redone, the air-conditioning was silent, and the room was very quiet. However, it’s a very sketchy neighborhood.

A fantastic hotel located by the train station. Not surrounded by beauty which is Genoa in general but the hotel was great. Parking out front or in private garage. Spa and sky bar. Staff were superb!

The fact that it was not made clear in advance that the parking was the most expensive in the city unfortunately detracted from the overall experience. Otherwise, this is a beautiful and charming historic hotel. The breakfast, served at the neighboring Grand Hotel Savoie, was excellent and enjoyed in a cozy indoor setting. Inside the hotel, the atmosphere is peaceful and elegant. Outside, however, there is heavy city traffic and, as is common in many larger Italian cities, occasional unpleasant smells from garbage collection.
