Room was disgusting. Bathroom was never cleaned upon arrival. Hair everywhere, blood stain on carpet, outlets not working. Told manager, never once an apology or offering to clean room, get me a new room, or offer refund.

You get what you pay for, and this was a super cheap place to stay. The bed was comfy, the location wasn’t terrible, and it had a functioning fridge and microwave. Now for the negatives. Our hotel room didn’t close all the way unless you slammed the door. I even heard kids in the hall talking (since there’s no sound proofing) about how they had pushed our door open 😳. There were stains in the hallway that looked like blood. Our room never got serviced despite a sign at checkin that said housekeeping after your third night. The hotel gym was closed. I witnessed multiple health code violations by the person setting up the breakfast. The bathroom tub was a weird shape inside, like a slight v shape angled towards the middle for draining so you had to stand with your ankles turned in. I’m glad we stayed here since the price was half of anywhere else around, but I wouldn’t do it again if this wasn’t the case.

The staff was pleasant. However the facilities were dirty. We were there for three days so I didn’t have house cleaning come to our room but rather asked for more towels and such at the front desk. They told me to leave dirty items out by the door. They say there for two day la and were there when we left this morning.

The staff was friendly, kitchen staff clean, rooms were filthy (had to be moved) fridge not working, property in building dirty. Very disappointing for a Radisson.

Our room was filthy, hair on toliet and nightstand. Stain on bed. It honestly looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

Reasonable rates. Common area is nice. Breakfast average. Rooms could use tlc. Especially bathroom. Tub drain was filthy and caulking was dirty.

The property was fine. Check in was great. I think this is a hotel for transients. Dirty towels in the bathtub. Bed very uncomfortable. We are in process of moving and just needed a place to sleep. We are local and would. It recommend this hotel to anyone we know.

Staff was kind, Breakfast was fine, Room could of been cleaner, Pool was shut down for Friday night which on a weekend trip would have been nice to be open. Adjacent rooms were very loud and you couldn’t call to front desk to ask them to quiet down after 2:00am…. Due to phone wouldn’t work.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered at any hotel anyplace in America.

Location is great and near everything. It was our second time staying. Room was dirty this time though. And housekeeper kept banging although I had late check out.

Our bathtub was in very bad condition. It was heavily stained. There was no stopper to plug the drain so a bath could be taken. Also, the drain was very slow in draining. I took a shower, and it took 45 min. to drain. And when it finally went done some of the gunk that was causing the slow drainage was left in the tub. Other than that, the stay was good.

The staff Dorothy and Martina were amazing! Their helpfulness was a God send. Kindness and sincerity seemed to just flow out of them. They answered every question we asked and gave suggestions to various places we wanted to shop and visit, as well as places to eat… They displayed considerations before suggesting, such as, they inquired what type of price range we had in mind, concerning whatever we were inquiring about. The young lady at the desk in the morning seemed polite and she too gave cheerful greetings, as Dorothy and Martina. Whoever was working during third shifts wasn’t ever visible, when we were going in and outside, but there was the sign posted they were helping a guest. The building itself seemed good and sound. That said, some furnishings and some ‘cosmetics’ are beginning to appear as they need some tlc (tender loving care) and perhaps just replaced. So perhaps some funds can be put into these little things before they become full-blown issues turning people away. The jet tub was a wonderful addition for relaxation. All that said, yes if I end up staying thereabouts, I/we intend to stay there due to the considerate and friendly staff we meet.

The room wasn’t clean. Floors weren’t vacuumed. Walls had black marks on them. Bed was ok, though. Found a bug crawling on the bathroom floor. Shower floor (tub) was stained and warped so that water didn’t fully drain. Computers and printer in the “business area” (two little cubbies in a wall in the lobby” didn’t work. Morning breakfast was pretty good, though it started at 7:00am, which is a bit late for some people.

Pro: - Upgraded and clean property. - Buffer breakfast is much better than continental breakfast. Friendly staff. - Toilet flushing is commerical graded, very powerful. Con: - Bathtub is ok but may need to be upgraded. - Toilet flushing is too powerful so it is noisy. - Buffet breakfast has fewer items than what I had in other Country Inn but is still ok. - One of the bedside cabinets was too loose and noisy when walked by. - People outside is a little bit noisy.

Quick overnight stay, was not bad, but the staff was terribly rude when we arrived
