Hospitable. Iconic. Great location. Great service.

This is a lovely, vintage hotel from the era of the Royal York or the Banff Springs. It is ideally situated close to the train station and walkable to the riverfront and the Forks Market. Several common areas to curl up on a couch for a cup of tea and relaxing. The Spa is incredible! Staff are helpful and friendly. We hope to come back soon

The room that we stayed in was recently renovated. It was lovely. One of the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on. The shower is fantastic.

The hotel location was fabulous. However, The rooms were too small, stuffy, there was NO view (except to into the adjacent room). We could hear music until 2 or so. I am going to look elsewhere for accommodation next time and wouldn’t recommend.

I Loved that it was Historic and that the staff was ready to help with any concerns we had. Everyone was very friendly. I enjoyed eating breakfast in the Oval room Brasserie.
