The hotel is located in the heart of the city right at the main shoping street. The cost-performance ratio is very good.

Very good location and staff. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. Although we were facing a busy street we did not hear any noise. The highlight was that the breakfast was excellent. Many varieties of food with good quality and good service. I would rate it close to a five star.

I love how this hotel is in the centre of everything and within walking distance and easy access to tourist spots. The staff were super friendly especially Harun Aslan, he was the best and Richmond Hotel are lucky to have him. He was always so helpful and kind. I wish him all the best. The only negative thing were the steps to the front desk, they should have a ramp or add escalator. I saw some elderly people struggle to go up and down the steps. The breakfast also that was included was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Richmond Hotel! Vanaf het moment van aankomst zijn we als VIP's behandeld. Alles was perfect schoon, het ontbijt was uitgebreid, vers en uitstekend geregeld. Een speciaal bedankje aan Can en Harun van de receptie– altijd vriendelijk, geduldig en enorm behulpzaam. Zij hebben echt het verschil gemaakt! Dit hotel heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen en wordt zonder twijfel ons vaste adres in Istanbul. Aanrader!

My husband birthday was in Istanbul and this hotel went above and beyond for our stay. I would definitely visit and stay at this same hotel!! Thank you to all of the staff we appreciate you all:)

Good restaurant

Шикарный отель , прям на улице istiklal . Персонал отеля очень приятные. Помогли для меня в очень важных делах. Номера чистые. У нас был завтрак включен , очень вкусный был. Советую, след раз тоже постараемся сюда же приехать.
