Staff was great but it’s a HIKE to the nearest Metro. Restaurant is fantastic! The pool is SMALL and the chairs around it leave like 6 inches to walk and the pool, while super refreshing the ladder to get out is a death trap and you will break your shins by slipping. Still hurts two weeks later! It really seemed on the map like this was close to the action. Nope! But still, nice room, great staff and breakfast is really good. Probably best if you have a car!

Hotel was super far away from everything Not clean, the pool was gross

The staff, the breakfast and property are excellent. The neighbourhood is not the best. It is a very crowded neighborhood and could be noisy at night. The metro is a good 10 minutes away and it is on top of a steep hill; it is inconvenient especially with kids.

Nice location with restaurants and small shopping close by. The room was small but very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Check in and out was fast and easy. The aircon would only go down to 21C. I would have preferred a bit more control to drop the temp lower, but it was okay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel overall. Stayed in July temperatures soaring, the A/C was next to nothing, unbearable in the room. Hotel doesn’t allow unit to go below 21c but it was never 21c when A/C was on. The website advertises a business center and computer station they do not have this. This was detrimental as I had work to do and picked his hotel because of that feature. Dinner was excellent in the restaurant. Reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Good hotel, attentive staff, well located near the Vatican

Hintaan nähden hotelli oli valtava pettymys. Ajattelimme, että lapsille uima-altaallinen hotelli kaupungin laidalla olisi hyvä vaihtoehto keskikesällä. Uima-allas oli kuitenkin todella pieni ja epähygieninen. Altaalla oli jopa hyttysiä. Älä valitse tätä hotellia, vaikka näet uima-altaan kuvat. Uima-allas oli ällöttävä. Myös aamiainen oli todella huono. Näennäiaesti ”runsas”, mutta kaikki oli huonolaatuista ja halvinta, mitä löytyy.

Nice hotel located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the Vatican but away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist sites. Offers easy access to public transportation. Rooms are a comfortable size, the complimentary breakfast is excellent, and the staff is outstanding.

Some Front end staff were pretty rude. Stayed 3 nights - Asked how come the complimentary water in room was not replaced. Rude reply was it is only complimentary 1 time and you can buy from the vending machine in the lobby. Obviously money grabbing MO. Will not recommend.

Lovely hotel and truly 4-star quality. It was the final hotels.com stay of our 25 day trip and the Grand Tiberio was as advertised. That was not our experience everywhere in Italy. Some noteworthy considerations: Tram service 15 mins away at bottom of one long hill. Breakfast -hot and cold- was included and amazing. We had a king suite with a balcony. A/C worked really well and was essential to cool off after sightseeing in Rome’s +30C humid temperatures.

The people in the front desk are not friendly. We checked in and weren’t given any information about the hotel or surrounding areas. We had to ask about WiFi, a map, and where the pool and breakfast area were. Usually all that info is given when you check in. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was pretty warm eventhough the ac was on.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic: lots of people speak English, and they're always happy to help with taxis and advice about trips and travel around Rome. The hotel itself has a bit of an ageing interior. The aircon in my room didn't really work (though it was 36 degrees C outside) so it was pretty uncomfortable. The lobby and restaurant are beautiful, but the food is the worst I've ever had to pay for: think microwaved lasagne served slightly cold and tuna salad out of a can. The area is a little rough -- it's fine if you're on a business trip and you know your way around Rome/the subway system, but if you're on holiday, don't stay in this part of the city. East of the Tiber is much better for seeing the best of Rome!

Well maintained hotel. Restaurant Staff friendly. Good exercise room. Convenient to public transportation. Pool is a bit small.

Stayed for a couple nights in Rome. It was a bit far to walk to the train with kids s had to take taxis and uber. The location is not walking friendly for sure but was a nice stay nonetheless.

I like the food and the rooms, and the staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is not very accessible because it is located up a steep hill.

Habitaciones muy viejas

Breakfast was excellent. Good location. Room was what I expected and very nice for 3 people.

Also liked the Bar; and the Bartending staff were great. Too bad the bar did not open until 5pm!
