Terrible staff. We stayed when the weather was hot, as soon as we went to the room we couldn’t get the air con working. On our way out we reported this and were told it can sometimes take time to kick in. We were reassured that they would check it and put a key in the slot to leave it on. We returned and were reassured it was all in order. We went to the room to discover no key had been as promised, we gave it 10 mins and it still didn’t work. We called reception who did now offer to move us room (should have done this to start with) we had unpacked and were ready for bed and it was 2am so we didn’t want to do this at this time and asked them to consider some form of compensation. When we checked out, the same person that promised to leave us the room key was on reception, we explained everything and she basically told us we were lying and it was because of the hot weather and the manager wouldn’t be doing anything to compensate us. I stayed in this hotel previously and came back, never again!

Lovely clean room. Fantastic location - quiet area to retreat after days in queues and crowds. Shower was amazing. Little patio was nice addition. AC welcomed after a week of heat! Would highly recommend!

Bathroom a bit small … overall a very pleasant stay

This property is small and quaint. It is modern and tucket into row townhouse mansions of the early 1900's. It is off the busy path of the city but right there in the heart of it as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and look at it as a hotel with a bed and breakfast vibe. You don't have all the amenity's of a large hotel but is was a very nice stay for 4 night. Safe travels, A. London was very hot, so we were grateful for the very efficient air conditioning. The room was small, more suited to one person than two. The bathroom was well fitted out, but again tiny with no place to hang towels. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpfull, always with a bright smile. We will definitely stay here again, so close to Victoria station. Next time, hopefully, I will select a larger room.

The room was clean and modern, took us a while to work out all the gadgets. Staff were really helpful throughout our stay. Excellent!

Bathroom and bedroom are exceptionally tight.

The room was clean but very hi tech with gadgets for all things . The room was freezing when we walking in despite the staff trying to help. It remained cold all night . We had no sleep and couldn’t wait to leave of which we were out of the room by 7.30.
