Overall a nice place. Good stuff: The beach was only a 4 minute walk, also short walks to bus, grocery store, taxi stand, and many restaurants/stores. Annoying: we had to sit sideways on the toilet due to close proximity to the wall, and we are average height. A little strange for us (Americans): no washcloths nor top sheet on the bed (only a comfortor)

Buen hotel. Colchón cómodo. Vistas espectaculares habitaciones superiores. Lo único negativo son los portazos habitaciones por el poco respeto de los huéspedes....ky no hay sistema de amoortguacion o freno de la puerta

Die Aussicht und die Nähe zu Hafen und Strand sind sehr gut. Die Bestuhlung im Frühstücks- und Speiseraum ist leider nicht passend zum 'Essen (zu niedrig).

The building itself is a bit old, but renovated. Room was spacious, but equipment (ventilation, shower, chairs) a bit old. They did not care about eco-responsibilty for towels, etc. One odd thing to me: there was a coffee machine and cups in the room, which I have used. After the second day, I realized that they were not cleaning nor replacing the dirty coffee cups. I had to call them for them to do it, they suggested that I wash them myself, I insisted for them to do it, and the clener washed them by hand inthe bathroom. Marriott is a major hospitality business, I can't believe that they don't have a washig machine nor spare clean coffee cups. You would expect a better service for such a place (and at this price).

Loistavassa paikassa hotelli Las Palmasissa. Hotelli kaipaa kyllä remonttia ja kunnostusta päästäkseen nykyaikaisempaan asuun. Aamiainen oli loistava sekä hotellissa oli kohtalainen kuntosali, missä pääsi tekemään ihan ok treenin. Hotellin ala huoneistosta ei ole osassa häävimpiä näköaloja, suosittelen ottamaan ylempäntä huoneita jos vapaana ja merinäköalalla.

Hotelli hyvällä paikalla ja hyvällä näkymällä, mutta vaatisi päivitystä. Huonojalkaisen ei kannata mennä, koska altaalle sekä itse hotellille portaat ja kylpyhuoneissa ammeet. Jazz illan aikana yläkerran ravintolassa olutta tarjoiltiin viinilasissa, koska olut laseja ei ollut tarpeeksi.

In overall very nice hotel with helpfull stuff and service! The highest building in the area so view is amazing from the pool floor.

Muy bueno, y trato exquisito

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet für einen Stadt Urlaub in Las Palmas bzw. zur Erkundung von Gran Canaria. Es liegt sehr zentral, man kommt schnell an den Busbahnhof Santa Catalina von wo aus Busse in alle Richtungen der Insel starten. Durch seine zentrale Lage gibt es in der Umgebung unzählige Cafés und Restaurants. Auch zum Strand bzw. zur Strandpromenade ist es nicht weit. Das Hotel selbst bietet ansonsten wenig Annehmlichkeiten. Es ist ein relativ alter Kasten. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist allenfalls für einen wunderbaren Ausblick geeignet. Zum Schwimmen ist der zu klein. Fazit: Wer etwas für einen Erkundungsurlaub auf Gran Canaria sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer zum Badeurlaub nach Gran Canaria reist findet bessere Optionen.
