The hotel is about 15 minutes walk into Piazza Napolione. Close to supermarket and MC Donalds. It is clearly affordable, clean and fresh with friendly staff. Perfect location if you have a car with free parking.

Nonostante i diversi aspetti positivi non posso non segnalare l'eccessiva presenza di polvere. Se all'apparenza le superfici sembravano pulite, il fastidio nell'aria legato alla presenza di polvere era evidente, confermato dalla sua presenza in zone meno visibili. Inoltre trovare un'asciugamano del bagno con una macchia marrone, della quale non abbiamo approfondito la provenienza, non è stato il modo migliore per approcciarsi

Modern hotel with excellent breakfast and large comfortable beds. Easy walking to central Lucca. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Vi hittade inte till vårt bokade B o B så vi fick ta in på detta hotell. helt ok men ingen middag. Mc Donalds låg alldeles bredvid så det blev vår räddning.

Breakfast super, Roomservice at best, fußläufig gutes Restaurant sowie die Altstadt erreichbar.

Good, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. However, as usual it’s the guests that spoil it! Slamming doors as midnight & after is never courteous & the group partying in the adjacent room to ours were just inconsiderate. It’s a busy hotel so therefore, quite noisy, especially during the night - we asked for a quiet room but the hotel staff can’t be held responsible for my fellow guests who don’t have any consideration. Parking was free, easy & a bonus & it’s a 15-20 minute walk from the old town & station which is reasonable for a city.

Hotel easily accessible from rd links with secure parking. After initial mix up telling us no booking held reception found our reservation and room was good. Easy walk from hotel to centre of Lucca enough restaurants nearby to use. Room cleaned /laundry everyday if u wanted it. Coffee Tea facilities in room would be useful for this grade of hotel (whilst available in reception area for a charge not everyone wants to mix with other guests)

Hotel proche de la vieille ville ,1km à pied . Chambre tres confortable. Petit dejeuner parfait. Personnel tres sympathique.

Buona struttura in buona posizione. Camera molto rumorosa.

Nous avons fait le checking, 10 min après alors que j’étais dans la douche, une autre personne est rentrée dans ma chambre, car l’hôtel lui avait donné la même clef. Après avoir rapporté l’incident à l’hôtel, pas de réaction particulière mise à part un maigre “sorry”. Une faute grave qui a affecté mon intimité et laisse planer le doute quant à la sécurité de nos biens dans l’hôtel. Pour le reste une chambre petite mais correcte, avec des odeurs d’égouts dans les communs. Je ne recommande pas et ne reviendrais pas.

Great location for me..just off the Motorway..lovely room and excellent air conditioning..barrier with parking..only 1 disappointment..the Restaurant is currently closed.

Very nice place. The staff was excellent and nice. The beautiful lady at the front desk on Saturday, 10/8 at 1:00 pm, was absolutely wonderful and so kind. I wished I had gotten name. She called me a taxi but also shared great information about Lucca and Forte dei Marmi. Brava!!!

Very nice quiet with a nice bar and plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance
