Enjoyed my stay

This hotel is close to the highway and about a 30 minute walk from the old city center. The rooms are clean and the breakfast options plenty. Only downside when I stayed (beginning of spring) was that the airco wasn't working and the room was very warm when I was there. Luckily the window opened completely.

Habitaciones limpias y una zona muy bonita. La ubicación es más alejada del centro de Madrid pero vale la pena.

Tuvimos problemas con el agua en el baño y la ducha Hotel bueno pero no de volver. Lo bueno fue el desayuno.

Elegí este hotel por la cadena a la que pertenece, la cual me ha dado siempre mucho a confianza, y realmente el hotel está bien, la zona está a las afueras, eso lo sabía. Lo que no entiendo es como en un hotel de 4 estrellas, a 110€ la noche, el fin de semana no hay ningún tipo de servicio de restauración, nada, solo el desayuno. No hay bar, cafetería, ni nada que te permita cenar o comer algo normalito. La excusa de hotel para empresas no me sirve, el fin de semana abre y alquilan las habitaciones. La verdad me quedé en la estacada, en zona tampoco hay nada acorde a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Por lo demás el hotel correcto.

Staffs are very nice and friendly but, the area is a bit far from main city.

The overall experience was great. From the staff to the food, everything was excellent. I will stay again.

It is a very nice hotel. However you need a car. If you are a leisure traveler looking to explore Madrid, this probably isnt the place for you. It is a nice property with a very nice breakfast buffet. The front desk staff were very helpful.

Buen hotel para una visita a Alcala de dos dias

Excellent except for a design concern in that the bathroom door does not shut tight. Odors can escape. The frosted bathroom door is not appropriate for every occasion. Not all guests sharing a room are intimate couples!

Staff at reception were awesome. Breakfast was good with a wide selection to choose from.
