The free breakfast was great. Very clean dining area. My room smelled of animals. The floor was slippery from cleaning product and the bathroom floor was spongy like the under layment was soaked. Dogs barked in the middle of the night and early morning hours. Hard to sleep. Expedia sucked when booking this room bc it showed one price / night but turned out to be higher prices the following nights.

It was very close to Walmart and Aldis, as well as fast food options. We liked the convenience and of that and that it was easy to get to from the interstate. Only thing we noticed was that the bathrooms didn’t have trash cans. Not a big thing since there’s a full size kitchen can in the room, but might consider a small one :)

Worst night we have ever spent in a hotel! The rooms were fine, but the guests above us on the 2nd floor were extremely loud and seemed to be running laps. (I am not kidding in the leaset.) After we complained to the front desk, who then called that room, the noise got significantly louder. We thought the retaliation would pass, but after 2 hours more, we contacted the front desk again. The noisiness continued. An hour later, when we went to the desk to request a new room, the manager stated that the 2nd floor room had not answered their door or phone and that there was nothing more she could do. Why didn't she suggest a room change earlier then? In the morning I spoke with another desk person who promised me that she would look into the issue and get back to me that same day by phone, since we were checking out. When that did not happen, I called the hotel 4 times over the course of 3 weeks, twice leaving messages for the manager, who did not return my call. Clearly, this manager does not care about her customers' experience nor her hotel's reputation.

Front desk person and cleaning staff were awesome. Ended up in a mildew smelling room because of a leaky a/c (fixed right away carpet just stunk after) but still a great stay.

We like staying at this particular Red Roof Inn as it has easy access to the highway. Good eating options, and the bed is comfortable.

I liked the price. Breakfast was good.

We are traveling with kids and chose this hotel due to the room design with the kitchenette and bathroom separating the two beds. Overall, it served its purpose but just seemed worn out- missing carpet corners, broken sink drain stopper, no hand soap, no stopper for the bathtub. It was pretty clean, but not quite impressive. The pool was warm, but surrounding tile was dirty and very slippery.

Very clean, well stocked, and comfy. Was a little disappointed there was no hot tub but the pool was warm. Great choices for breakfast and even though we were a little late they still kindly let us eat. Great experience overall and happy I chose this hotel!

After a late check-in, we found the toilet was not bolted to the floor. After letting the desk clerk know in the morning, maintenance came while we were gone and fixed it. The pool area was filthy, people had scratched words and dates in the dirt along the edges of the pool. The room had a full size refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink in it. The employees were very polite and helpful. They also had a free breakfast in the morning.

The checked in I like.... Didn't like the AC and the bathroom.

Not good. One old spring mattress and one saggy foam mattress. Dirty bathroom (stains on door and towel). Breakfast was all super processed and no protein available.

Definitely will be staying again!

The staff we encountered was very helpful and quick about getting us checked in. The lobby looked like it was in the middle of a renovation, but was clean. Our room was clean and decent, and housekeeping visited daily to freshen our towels and our room (not changing sheets, but just a general refresh). However, the hotel was loud. Not between walls (did not notice TV noise), but footsteps in the room above us and possibly kids running up and down the halls on our floor and/or the floor above. That noise ceased at a reasonable hour. Over all it was a good stay, for the price we paid. The hotel was located in a conveineint area for our needs.

The beds were terrible, flat pillows, it wasn’t very clean and the room smelled.

I like the staff... the room was ok, the AC had a terrible noice kept me up all night.

Just stayed for two nights. Hotel is decent. The pool was warm…which I liked. The breakfast was good. Each morning they had a different hot dish along with breads and cereals. Breakfast area was very clean and workers maintained keeping the items stocked and did good about cleaning tables.

DO NOT BOOK. Area is very sketchy. The hotel is run down and not clean. I immediately left after arrival and found a different place to stay

Friendly staff. The beds are flat and hard. Pillows are flat has a pancake at least in my room. Looks like they are trying to update , but they are just putting a bandaid on it. Looks like meth heads are coming and going out of the back door. It is probably a 60.00 a night hotel. Outside has been updated and repainted.

There is a bad moisture problem in this hotel. When I arrived and stepped into the room it was slippery from the flood sweating, damn near busted my ass slipping on the slick floor. The fixtures
