Everything was amazing. Only thing was elevator got stuck with us inside and was not put out of order and seemed like a regular occurrence for them.

Good hotel. Solid 4 stars. You'll find the old wainscot panels in the elevators chipped away at the corners and the bathtub with caulk not maintained and a little black in some areas. Nothing to be concerned about. However, the lack of complimentary breakfast was a let down. I'm not sure at what point they removed free breakfast since I traveled last year, but no one told me it wasn't free. I woke up later than usual because I expected to eat properly in a timely fashion. I had to expedite my "food" and bought the $10 parfait and $7 Starbucks in the in-house Bistro. I have never seen a $10 parfait before and it being more expensive than an airport kind of makes me see the company in a negative light. Still 4 states though.

Great! Front desk staff was very friendly. I was able to check in early. Love the 12pm check out.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were soft very comfortable. The property and room was very clean.
