It was an awful experience l. They mixed up our reservations with another one. They demanded I call the other person who had my reservations. Conveniently for them it was my sister who has a completely different name. When I tried to get accommodations they gave me an attitude. When we checked out they checked my sister out and. Not us. I was very disappointed and confused by how they messed it up and the rudeness was unbearable. They didn’t do one thing they said they would…

I’ve stay a couple of times love it here

We were a group of 2 adults and 4 teens. I booked a suite with 4 bedrooms. We were hoping to spend time together in the living room as a group and then as people were ready to retire to bed, they could go there and then the rest of us could continue to gather. When we checked in we were provided TWO 2-bedroom suites in the same building, which was not convenient. I told the polite woman at check in that we booked a 4-bedroom and she said "they were sold out". How can you allow me to book something that is sold out? We made it work and the units were both nice, but it totally threw off our plans. Some of us went to the pool, which was convenient, had towels, etc. But either had an enormous amount of chemicals in it or needed to be cleaned - we could not see below our knees in the pool. Took a thorough shower when we returned to the unit. Overall it was a decent visit, but still upset that what I booked a reservation for is not what I was provided.

Nice area but no close restaurants. Our condo was nice but we had a dead bolt that was not secure and we did report it for repair. Our room needed some wall art but the amenities were very nice. Loved sitting on the back patio and watching the sunset on the golf course. Definitely needs more outside lighting at night. All in all, we had a great stay!

We have been going to this resort since 2019. We love it here and everything it offers! We recommend this place to all our family and friends.

Great surprise to stay in a newly renovated unit. Very nice decor and furnishings.

The unit served our purposes and was cost affective.

The property is away from the noise and busy highway which we love but we did not like all of the repairs needed on the property. The front door did not work and we had to keep going back to the front desk instead of them giving us a new room we were told to wait for maintenance. Also there was a leak in the bathroom so water was all over the floor and we had to keep cleaning it up.

Renovations are clearly happening since connex containers were everywhere. What exactly I did not ask but in the unit we stayed in had worn ripped carpet in the entry, chuncks out of the countertop in the kitchen and the dishwasher was not working properly. One of the showers was missing a curtain, we requested one but was never received. The coffee makers had gunk in the reservoirs so would have been disgusting to use. Overall I think this could be a lovely resort but currently wouldnt say is up to the standard you would expect from Hilton.

I have never had such an awful experience checking in, took nearly 45 minutes. The kitchen was not stocked with basic cooking items. Unit was filthy. We were loading our car at checkout and were locked out of the room at precisely checkout time and we had to find someone to let us back into the property so we could finish gathering our items from the unit. Just overall exceptionally poor Customer Service! AVOID!!!

Had a broken door the whole time, offered a new room after 9pm, but it was too late at that point since we asked for it to be fixed. Had to keep going back to the office to get into our room. Not fun.

The unit that we stayed in was new. The place was absolutely beautiful and quite. We really loved the Waterview in the back of the unit. This resort has really improved. I plan to stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy check in. Friendly atmosphere and really awesome employees. Highly recommend

Everything is always very clean

The Building Numbers need to be more visible sign is low and not easy and a bit confusing to locate correct building numbers and letters. Very dark drove around 20 minutes trying to locate building in the dark. Need more staff in Reception area 1 person is not enough help.
