Air Cond can be failure 2 times on 2 different days and Action to resolve very slow. Current suddenly goes off on midnight for 35 min +

Estivemos hospedados em um quarto quadruplo no decimo andar, uma coisa que nos incomodou muito foi com relação as janelas sem proteção que abrem 100% com um guarda corpo super baixo, estávamos com uma crianca e ficamos bem preocupados. Limpeza perfeita. Café da manhã ótimo. Localização privilegiada. Staff ótimo. Recomendamos

This was a great hotel will be slightly dated in the rooms. The staff were really helpful. We would like to especially thank Sylvian for her great customer experience. We would definitely come back.

Hotel location is very good. Most staff was professional and attentive. My group had 4 rooms and those rooms did not power outlets near the bed in my room there were no USB power connectors. Pictures in the website show a more elegant place than reality... however, location is very good.

La propiedad se encuentra muy cerca del centro historico, la habitacion es pequeña y poco iluminada, algunos contactos de energia no funcionaban.

It's a nice hotel with good staff and well located. But it doesn't feels like 5 stars. The pool... It's so little and Isn't heated so it's cold. No jacuzzi.... It's just too simple. The view is great but it lacks some hung, some extra. Rooms look old... They need a refresh , the lights and furniture. But what's furnish is great.

Good location but need renovation badly

Within walking distance of a lot of wonderful places to visit. Old world charm with modern-day amenities. Wish the staff had been clearer about when we could check in . Thankfully, they stored our luggage after arriving from our early morning flight, but told us our room would be ready within a couple of hours, we'd swing back every couple hours and every time they told us to keep checking back before 3 p.m. The room wasn't ready until the regular check-in time of 3 p.m. Annoying that they told us otherwise.

It’s an old old hotel but still ok. Close to many historic attractions and subway, convenient.

When you ask for something, they said coming, and they never come! Luggage was not easy to move into hotel, no help. Curtains are damaged! Light switches was badly placed, never understand how to turn on light in the bothroom

Everything was wonderful i would recommend.

Room was not clean. I rented a two bedroom suite….one I of them had no TV!

お掃除担当の若い人たちはとても一生懸命で、感謝しています。一方、マイナス部分はコンシェルジュです。コンシェルジュはいつも不在でたまに見つけてもすぐ昼寝？？しに行ったと言われて、驚きました。機能していないコンシェルジュなら、いっそデスクごと廃止してください。その方が探すストレスがなくていいと感じました。

Excellent location! Easy check in and check out with friendly staff. Room was very spacious and clean. They held our luggage for a couple hours after checkout which was convenient.

Great location the places wonderful there is a good space in the rooms. They’re very clean. The staff is very kind and professional very helpful. The restaurant is excellent. There is a lot of shopping around in communication with the Metro of Buenos Aires. Then you can travel whatever place you wanna travel very close to the main places to visit.
