This was a short stay! Came from NC to celebrate my dad’s birthday. The location of the room was convenient as it was CLOSE to the highway. The cost was also reasonable for a 3 night stay. HOWEVER the check in process was AWFUL. The individual who checked us in was RUDE. The reservation was booked under my married name. He asked for my driver’s license and the last name was my maiden name. I’ve NEVER had an issue, yet this individual questioned several time about my identity even AFTER I shouted I him additional identification to verify I was the person who reserved the room. After all was said and done he threw my driver’s license back to me and proceeded to say “this is the name on the reservation!” It was unnecessary, another worker did come out and handle the situation. The room was clean, yet the walls are VERY thin. You can literally hear EVERYTHING.

It was affordable but nothing fancy.

Had a very nice overnight at this hotel. Easy location to get to, nice staff, clean and spacious rooms. Decor was a bit basic but fine. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker.

The location was good for us as it is fairly near the train station. It made getting into Boston easy. The staff was absolutely amazing! We will stay here when we visit in the future and will recommend to friends.

Very slow check-in - agent was on the phone too long. Everything seemed OK when we got to the room. But, the AC fan was very loud, sounding like grinding-rubbing all night. Then in the AM, no vent fan in bathroom and the shower head leaked so badly it flooded the small bathroom. When I used extra towels to clean ip, they came away filthy from mopping the floor. Plus, there were many foreign short black hairs everywhere - we are blonde, long haired. The breakfast area was not very clean and poorly stocked. Do not recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, bed comfortable

I saw nowhere online that we would be charged an additional $100 incindentals nor the additional $75 for our dog

Newer owner; a fine job making it better than previously. Very clean, a bit of a minimalist in terms of design and fancy stuff, but certainly OK. Free breakfast was cereal, juices, coffee, various bagels and muffins.

The young lad at check in on 5/23/25 was very friendly and efficient. She went above and beyond to look for a rental car property for me. The breakfast area was clean and good food

The staff were very kind and accommodating. Continental breakfast in morning was plentiful. Clean, spacious, great deal for the cost.

There was a "welcome package" in the mini fridge when I got to my room..unfortunately it wasn't actually a "welcome package"..it was left behind by the folks who had rented the room before me. They were accommodating and providing me another room. That rooms bathroom sink didn't drain! The sink drain was closed and I haven't yet, nor am i going to complain and pack up AGAIN to another room. Next time is straight outta here! Never again!

Haven’t checked in. We’re all sick. Went to hospital. call in to cancel the booking. Not allowed. not even allowed me to change the date. disappointed.

Clean rooms and overall hotel. Newly renovated. Friendly staff. Good options for breakfast.

The toilet was running and the sink wouldn’t drain

Property was recently under construction and it’s def shows room was covered in sheet rock dust screws on the floor and blue plastic pieces in the bath tub the front desk person changed our room which we had to share a bed and the bathroom door didn’t shut after a long day at the hospital we just wanted showers and bed so we settled for what we got
