Clean and staff very helpful

Very helpful staff, especially the receptionist.

Clean room but very small. No kettle in the room. Very expensive for the amenities provided and room size. Good location.

Broken shower and broken air conditioner.

Das Hotel ist in einer Top Lage. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, hat direkt die Einkaufsmeile um die Ecke und viele Restaurants. Das Zimmer war für unseren Aufenthalt super, allerdings könnte die Dusche sauberer sein (Schimmel in den Fugen). Die Bettwäsche hatte einige Flecken, die beim waschen scheinbar nicht mehr rausgehen.

I got stuck on the elevator, elevator was poorly mainteined, the poor staff has many different jobs to do… breakfast was expensive compared to what the buffet offered…our first room was spacious but AC was not working… so they changed our room the second room had a barely cooling AC and it made too much noice

Helt okej hotell, väldigt prisvärt. Bra läge nära tågstationen.

Hotel ótimo. Staff muito prestativo. Só uma observação: o quarto é no sótão onde há vigas no teto. Poderia ter algum tipo de sinalização pois bati a cabeça por 2 vezes circulando pelo quarto

My room was extremely clean and the breakfast was nice, as were the staff! Convenient for shopping and the station. My room had quite a low ceiling in places which wouldn't suit a taller than average person (but didn’t bother me).

Salle de toilette très mal configurée

More towels in the bathroom would be apreciated... small room with nearly enough space for two people. All together, we enjoyed our trip

Good location, friendly staff

A warm welcome from the friendly staff. Room up under the roof only had skylights, but a good size, clean and with a comfortable bed. Price a bit high for a three-star.

Nicht sauber, sehr kleine Zimmer

Mycket trevligt boende. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma med tidig check-in då vi hade ett trött barn som behövde sova och vi fick även en spjälsäng till rummet. Boendet ligger också väldigt centralt i Nice så det var lätt att ta sig dit.

Un edificio antiguo, espacios pequeños en la habitación, pero con cariño algo aceptable, poca insonorización con las habitaciones contiguas, al punto que conversando trivialmente y a volumen habitual y moderado, los vecinos me golpearon la pared para pedir que bajara el volumen de la conversación...lo que no puedo creer es que en toda la habitación había solo dos enchufes para cargar teléfonos, y lejos de la cama, bajo una mesita , es más...si llevas plancha, alisador o tu propio secador no podías usarlo, pq en el baño no había donde enchufar, había secador del hotel, pero estaba por dentro de la pared.... Insólito.
