A easy walk to Greenwich ave with lots of stores and places to eat!

The property is clean and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff was helpful and pleasant. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We liked having coffee and cake in the library by the fire place while watching the snow fall onto the water. The glass doors and windows allowed for lots of natural light and view of the outdoors.

This was the perfect stay. The staff exceeded my expectations. Will did an especially great job assisting me with a tricky travel situation. I really felt at home. They were accommodating to myself , my child and my small dog. Rooms were classic , calming and clean. Beautiful views of the harbor. Also had a lovely room service meal. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you again to everyone.

The Delamar is by far my favorite hotel in the area. The rooms and common areas are charming and first rate, staff is always friendly. The reason for subtracting one star is that I forgot my laptop charger in my room and noticed it two days later. I called around to figure out where I might have left it (there were several possibilities). When I called the Delamar, the front desk told me that they had indeed found it and they would be glad to ship it if I paid the UPS charge…which I did. My quibble: When they found the charger, why didn’t anyone call or email me? Isn’t that the reason why I had to update all my personal information when I checked in?

I loved my stay! Everyone was very professional and welcoming. The room was beautiful and spacious (as was the bathroom). I thought the hotel's interior and exterior areas were so attractive. Everything was spotless. Others have mentioned the breakfast as a negative, but I thought it was just right. They have a very high-end coffee machine (it makes espressos, lattes, etc.), and all of the pastries were delicious. It was served in a cozy den off the lobby. I really appreciated being able to fully charge my EV on the premises (the valets took care of this). I never entered or left the hotel that the front desk personnel didn't speak to me, offer me water, etc. I was very impressed. Lastly, it is a super quick walk to the main shopping, art and dining area of old Greenwich. Highly recommend.

Excellent Location

The service is the best part-the harbor view rooms are beautiful but dated. The dining and breakfast were delicious. There is no good place to do work outside of the room. The Business Center is a small platform at the top of the main staircase-not great

Pretty hotel and convenient to the Ave

Beautiful view of the harbor. Wonderful dining experience without leaving the property. Every person on staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. I recommend staying here for any occasion.

Outstanding attentiveness and professionalism

The staff was very friendly. They greeted us with a glass of champagne and had a happy hour each night in the lobby with music. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony which overlooked Greenwich Harbor. It was an easy walk to Greenwich Avenue, the main shopping and restaurant area of town. I’d recommend a stay here.
