Peaceful and clean

The room smelled bad and stale. The bathroom could be cleaner (mop the floors; even in the corners!). Fake orange juice and granola bars are not breakfast. The location worked for us.

Thelma was very friendly at check in. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Kudos to her, thank you Thelma. The only thing is, when you advertise breakfast , please have a breakfast. If you just offer breakfast bars maybe call it as it is. The coffee could be stronger. It tasted like brown water and the creamer from the fridge was not good anymore. It tasted Saur. Sorry, hope someone takes better care of it

Boogers on the walls in room, just general wear and tear in room. Floors were not mopped or clean. Blankets had holes in them. Top blanket wasn’t clean. I mean it did the job for a business trip but I would have rather there been more towels so I didn’t go down and replace them. It felt like I was trying to take towels or something so they only gave you a certain amount. Two towels for a two bed room? Come on.

The lady at the desk was very nice and professional. The room was clean. Shower only and that’s fine. The toilet was a little backed up but caused no issue. Great value for the price. Slept great.

My husband and I stayed here on our way home from a Texas vacation to visit family, so we were only here one night. The front desk service was excellent and very friendly and the location is pretty convenient. It is right off the highway and is only a 20 minute drive from Hot Springs, which we got to check out before we left town. We had plenty of pillows on the king size bed and my husband really loved the comfort of the bed. Our room also had a little couch that was convenient and comfortable for sitting. If I am ever in the area I will stay here again, but be prepared that there are not many food options so driving to Hot Springs might be more ideal.

The place is falling apart and growing mold...the staff was friendly...but by far the worst Ive seen...should have spent 50 more dollars and stayed elsewhere

Staff was very friendly. Property appears to be older needing serious updates. Shower handle fell of while showering. Paint was peeling of wall.

Other guests were playing music loudly outside. People were screaming and running back in forth outside the rooms. People were drinking and have a party on the outside. So loud! I felt unsafe. Dried paint was on the floors. Dirt was on the floors. Hair was in the sink and shower stall. Unclean! Also, the towels cause terrible itching to our bodies that lasted days. I will never stay there again, nor will I suggest anyone to stay there. I feel I should receive a refund!

Parking for electric cars is made priority over other car parking spots leaving you to walk clear across the lot. They also need a dog area for people who stay with their pets.

Great option for us for weekend stay to do state basketball tournament in nearby Hot Springs.

Some things in the hotel need to be upgraded. The parking lot needs to redone.

Pros The staff was friendly. They tried to help with anything that came up. The location was ideal, next to food, groceries and fuel. It was a cheap hotel that was good for the weekend. No bugs so that’s a huge pro! Cons The bathroom was gross. Hot was cold, cold was hot. It was cheap so you get what you pay for look wise.

Room was clean but the entire property was old and in need of repairs/updates. Also, very noisy due people outside of the room until very late.
