Managers tried to say 2 queen beds couldn't have 4 people then they tried to deny our dog. Found bugs in unit

This was a okay stay with 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Nothing fancy. Not the best breakfast options.

This was not a planned trip to stay in a hotel but due to the circumstances we had to. Super 8 was the best place that fit our last-minute budget to get some rest. Hotel room was decent. Clean. And comfortable bed. Thank you for the stay.

We have stayed at this location multiple times & find the staff kind & helpful each occasion.

Everyone is very courteous and room is very clean.

This is the only reasonable hotel in area. My room was clean and quiet I'll stay here again

This property was very clean and well maintained. No its not a 5 star hotel but it was the cleanest I've ever seen. I also liked they are pet frienly.

Clean, accommodating, and wonderful, friendly service. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Easy check in. Room was clean & spacious. Air conditioner was loud but most are. Large TV but blocked mirror. Nice selection of packaged pastries to grab otw out was a pleasant & convenient surprise as we had a long drive ahead & didn't come across restaurants for over an hour. Would stay again. Good location.

When we arrived at the hotel I was greeted and asked could he help me, told him we had reservations,he asked me for my id and checked me in, very polite and courteous

There was blood on the bedsheet and quilt. We complained to Windham and the owner called. She spoke to me so disrespectfully. She lied and said we left blood all over the room and had to pay housekeeping overtime to clean it. That was a lie. We even emptied our trash and bagged it up out of courtesy. I have photos to prove about the filth of the shower and bathroom floor as well as the blood stains. If need be I will submit them to you.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, nice smelling. The staff were helpful and friendly. The air conditioner was quiet and worked well. The vending machines were well stocked and reasonably priced. I look forward to staying at this Super 8 again.

Was a great hotel

It was close to The Martin Center where we went for a concert, the price was decent, but there was no hot water in the morning to shower. There was hot water in the sink, but not the tub. I told the guy at the front desk, and he asked if we had turned the handle both ways. I asked him, so your handles are backwards? I asked for money back. He said he'd put $10 back on my credit card. We shall see.

The rooms were unclean, really nasty, really dusty. Also really stink from cleaning materials. Only suitable for animals. While sitting in room you getting the feeling of nasty.

Been here before, just need to upgrade some things, like get those old chairs out of the rooms, look like they've been there since the 90's (stains) fixtures in bathroom falling apart, but it's minor stuff n maybe cause it's a small town, but new hotels r being put up, so they better get with it
