Nice and quiet. Nice please for stay

CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT VERY POLITE, NEED A FACELIFT AND DO NOT LET PEOPLE SMOKE POT IN THE ELEVATOR

Everything was fine the only problem I had was that the microwave didn’t work

We had a late check in that I had noted online, but the hotel did not receive my notice and called to confirm we were coming. (Booked through Hotels.com) The front desk personnel were very nice. Continental breakfast consisted of toast and waffles. Clean room. Would stay here again for the very reasonable price.

Roaches!!! Everywhere. Microwave didn’t work I had to go to the desk 3 times to get a working remote. I had a smoking room so I expected to smell smoke but soon as I got off the elevator marijuana smell rushed me horrible experience!

The odor of cigarettes and other substances is very strong, the bathroom is not clean

Would like to see a better breakfast.

Thee bed was comfortable and the restroom was clean.

The sheets were tore up, they didn’t have an extra pillows. Breakfast was not breakfast. The whole room smelled like mildew. The beds were super uncomfortable.

Found lots of cockroaches near the restroom and inside the bedroom a lot of trash laying around our room pillows had lots of stains cleaning.Cleaning very low quality.
