The hitel was good

We didn’t stay. We were kicked off the property. The owner/manager refused to refund our cash deposit. We stayed at the hotel 15-20 minutes. The bathroom door didn’t work either.

Wasn't unique, just nice.

Gross gross gross Carpet in room was dirty and stinky. Beds were lumpy Upon check in with our dog we were told we had to pay $100 cash deposit There was just a handwritten initial on our receipt indicating this After seeing the condition of the room I called the front desk to let them know that there were stains in the carpeting prior to check in so we would not get charged I asked the staff members name so I would have it for my records and he hung up on me Would not recommend this hotel

Terrible service they wouldnt let me check in at all saying I was banned from their location I’ve never even been there before I’ve paid my money and they won’t give me a refund at all the people at the front desk are very rude

Nota good place to stay. I don’t recommend.

It was ok but the room smelled of smokers room

Nicely tucked behind an oil changer business so traffic noise minimal…only the occasional siren. Slept very well!

We prepaid for our room. The room smelled of heavy smoke, you can smell the smoke from the next room coming through the bathroom. The bed was soiled and the carpet was dingy smell (needs shampooed.). It was hard to breathe with AC on bad smells, we ended up opening the door to air out the room. Linen had cigarette burns on them. We went and bought bedding, cleaned and vacuumed the room. We were told pet friendly but they only accepted dogs only under 40lbs. We were charged an extra $10 on top of room and pet fee, because we showed them there was no pet policy online. We almost lost our money because we prepaid.

The guy at check in was very nice and helpful. The room was good for the price .

Room was clean but, had an odor, staff at front desk said that the carpet was cleaned Was giving a room at the very back of the property, didn’t feel safe

Front deck personnel was really awesome. And the stay was good.

The staff was wonderful. There was a surprise $25 pet fee. That's not "pet friendly". The room reeked of cigarette smoke and we had to wash all of our clothes. Breakfast was kiddie cereal and banana. That's it. No eggs, yogurt, fruit or muffin/toast/pastry.

the room was spacious. There were no cups or soap in the room. There was coffee in the coffee pot! made me feel like the room was barely touched by housekeeping., was the bedding changed or just tucked in? we were exhausted because we had evacuated from Clearwater the night before,. No rooms available ANYWHERE for that night. We drove through the night and in the morning My 13 year old daughter, my 28 yr old son, my 80 year old mom, slept a couple of hours in the 2 cars when the sun came up. I did not, sleep. I had to keep and eye on our belongings that I emptied out of the cars so they could put their seats back. Anyway i had reserved the room at the super 8 for the following 2 nights.. although i was exhausted you know my family still needed me for EVERYTHING so sleep was rough. i called the front desk in the morning at about 830 to let them know we wouldnt be needing the room for the second night bc i found the extended stay for a few more nights. I also asked for a late check out, at noon. hoping i could get an extra hour of sleep. She said no because they had a reservation?? She ended up saying we could stay til 1130. The houskeeper was right outside the door and let me know she had to leave. I was out by 1120 and i still gave her 10 tip for the iinconvenience. In my rush i left all of our pillows. When i came to pick them up all the cases were gone. They were nice new pillow cases. They gave us some cheap scratchy cases. Not a bad hotel but bad housekeeping

Very dirty no maid service at all no trash pick up carpet filthy linens smelled wonder if even clean breakfast was a joke. Price gouging should have been under 60.00 charged over $105.00 per night. Rating on site should have been 1 star very deceiving I will never stay at a Super 8 again a real disappointment. Everything on site on internet was a falsehood!

I had a res for a king bed upon rivals receive 2bed queen bothe beds full of hair on pillows and sheets so got new room.i had rental for 2 nights and at 1030 am after driving from Illinois to Alabama they start beating on the door telling me time to checkout so I had to get that figured out.when I checked out I made sure all garbage was in can and if it didn’t fit it was next to can.they checked room came down and I asked if my deposit was released I was told yes twice and I never had it released from credit card but instead it posted to my card only.only one lady at the motel was pleasant to deal with I will never be back

I appreciated having my dog allowed in the room. It was clean but very poorly maintained. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and the bathroom badly needed attention. The toilet seat was peeling and the bathtub had some sort of reside on the bottom.
