My family and I were traveling with our infant and booked a 2 night stay. Staff was very kind , but in the middle of the night around 12 until 4 am a couple next door were fighting all night a knife and gun we’re pulled out from them on each other, cops finally came. I literally don’t sleep. Stayed awake until sunrise and went to front desk to get a refund for the next night and check out. I’m still waiting for my refund.

Room didn’t have a phone in the room. The covers for the sprinkler system were missing. The shower head was missing the plate to keep in place. Also someone was trying to enter the room at 6am.

excellent location. easy to remember when driving around town. easy acces to the state beach.

I would sum up this property as an HGTV-flipped Motel 6. It looks good from afar, and the materials in the room look uodated, but everything was way below what i was expecting given the connection to Radisson. The swimming pool and hot tub seemed to be permanently out of commision and were covered over with astro turf. There was no remote for the TV and no extra rolls of TP. Luckily we didnt run out until the last morning. We couldn't call to the front desk since the phone did not work. The biggest factor though was that I had to change rooms twice before settling in because the deadbolts could not be fully engaged. The first room had plenty of space for our two queen beds, but the final room hardly had a walkway between the beds and the desk. There was also a lot of light spilling around the bottom of the door from outside so I put a suitcase there to minimize that. All in all I was very upset with myself for being lured in by lower prices and not doing enoigh due diligence to avoid this location.

We had a mouse visit during the first night, and incredibly noisy neighbors. Requested to change room, and in the morning realized there were no bath towels in the room. Got towels from réception, then discovered the shower in the new room wasn't working. Not impressed for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was okay.

I would not stay here again for the price, they overcharge for a room that had missing lights and stain on bed.

The hotel was rundown the room had a leaking faucet in the shower and had no fire alarm in the room looked like it was removed and there was shady business happening in one of the adjacent rooms also the safety lock on the door was broken

Great location close to the beach walkable. Paint peeling on wall in the shower and bathroom area. Tub was cracked broken. Air conditioner was filthy dirty. Blanket had a huge stain on it. You can see through the window blinds could not get dressed or undressed only in the bathroom. Had a swimming pool and hot tub but would not fill it or take care of it. Blamed on it Covid. One waffle maker, and over 20 people trying to use it. If all that is not enough, the phone started ringing and making noises at 4 AM then stopped then a minute or so later started again had to get out of bed and unplugged.

I liked that it was practically on the beach but we stayed here because the pictures obviously and the breakfast included was supposed to be a real breakfast (bacon and eggs) - it wasn't. We even asked the front desk at check in if they had bacon and eggs for breakfast and was told, yes. Lies! I felt like it was a bait and switch! Just pay extra to stay somewhere else. My room was dirty and we had to ask for towels.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. They do offer free breakfast its not anything fancy but there are options. Some of the outlets didnt work. The rooms are old and need updating. The reservation was for 4 people rge room had 2 towels and 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth

The room was clean, just very tight, but the shower is what messed it up For us. It wasn’t very clean and there were hairs in it. Also the door had a huge crack on it, big enough for big roaches to come through. Or even other stuff. Thankfully none came in. Other small details: We only had one roll of toilet paper and 2 towels instead of 4.

The room itself was great. My only complaint was breakfast was cold cause there was no need for that.

The room we were provided was disgusting and filthy. Large dark stains on blinds that looked like poop. Hair (not ours) in and on sink on arrival. Green paint stains on the comforter bedding. Red paint (looked like blood) all over the keypad of the phone. The bathroom light would not stay on leaving you to shower in the dark. The air conditioner would kick off 30 seconds after being turned on. Dark stains on floor. Tape on the wall in multiple places above the bed. The security lock on the door was broken off. We reached out to hotel staff for support and our concerns and they ignored us and refused help. We felt stuck because we paid for the room and the hotel would not address things with us. We even considered sleeping in our car in the parking lot instead. We didn’t want to touch anything in that room. The same trash that was on the steps outside our room when we arrived was still there 2 days later. I would NEVER stay here again! Just gross and a very stressful stay.

My initial room was clean however the oder of cigarettes smoke from the previous guest was really strong. I had to switch rooms immediately. Breakfast could be more fresh and better quality. The oranges were going bad. There was just toast, stale cereal, the waffle making machine was good and so was the coffee. Shower and restroom needed to be fixed or upgraded. The shower curtain would not stay closed. The shower rod was not steady. There was a lot of damage to the restroom door frame.

Clean enough, but nowhere near a beach. Terrible bed - way too hard. Bathroom amenities lacking; only one bath towel, no hand towel, no shampoo, and the worst soap ever. Hard to believe this hotel has an affiliation with the Radisson!

Finding this property was a breeze! Staff was great from check in to check out. When I booked this Expedia said they had a pool. They no longer have the pool/spa. This was disappointing. The bed was comfortable and for the most part the room was clean. The smell of the cleaning products was overwhelming the first day and gave me a headache. There is zero room for walking around. Plus side there's no room to lose anything. The room and hotel both seem like they are under construction. Our room was missing a lampshade on the desk lamp and the bedside lampshade had a stain on it that looked like blood. The front desk replaced it right away. The bathroom baseboards were filthy and needed a deep clean. The bathroom mirror with a built In Light was a nice touch, however the hole from the old light fixture was still there. Overall it.was fine for the weekend but if your looking for something for more than just a couple nights I would continue your search.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was unacceptable on multiple levels. First and most concerning — the room lock was broken. This made me feel completely unsafe, especially since there was no other form of security or assistance available. The room did not have a functioning telephone, so contacting the front desk was impossible without leaving the room. Basic supplies like towels, soap, and toilet paper were missing. The furniture was in terrible condition and the bathroom was dirty. Lucky, we got the full refund and were able to leave. All in all, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, and comfort. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances, and I sincerely hope management takes immediate action to address these issues.

It say’s in their website that the property is beach front but the beach is a little far from the beach. Swimming pool were closed, my son were disappointed.
