Rooms needed to be cleaned i found glasses under my bed.the door to the bathroom wouldn't open from the onside. Pool had to much chlorine. Breakfast was terrible. Smells like smoke.people hanging outside drunk .the white guy at the front desk was rude sorry didn't get his name.

Room was clean and up to date. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in the perfect location close to everything without breaking the bank! Only wish they had laundry facilities on location.

Was a bit hard to locate maybe a viewable sign at street would be helpful with signage leading the way to where place is located

Stay wasn’t an issue just the lack of options for a waffle and 2 things of cereal, orange juice, and apple juice nothing else

Location and room was good. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast has a lot of room for improvement.

The washroom was clogged, mentioned to staff and they say that been like taht because hair. So if thye know why dont fix it. I should not have to deal with it if thay already know.

Overall great hotel will be staying there from now on with my trips to Kentucky. Only thing that wasn’t 100 was pool. Water was a lil cool I personally didn’t get in but felt it n my granddaughter said it was cold n didn’t swim anymore over the whole weekend.

Our stay was horrible. The pictures that they show when you book aren’t even close to what the rooms look like. Outdated, extremely dirty, the place has a mildew smell that is terrible as well. When we got to the room there were only 3 pillows. When I asked for another pillow I was told they didn’t have anymore to give out, and was then offered a dirty pillow from behind the counter. The next morning we left early, and there was a child sleeping on an air mattress behind the counter. Pretty sure he was using the dirty pillow that I was offered. The sheets on our bed were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting and the toilet smelled like rotten pee when you lifted the seat. 10/10 would not recommend staying here

They cleaning ladies were very rude. We had roaches crawling on the outside of our door on the walls.

Pool wa green and foaming. No grab bars in bathroom. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Very little for breakfast
