Room was good so was breakfast

All good so far.there was no water bottle to make coffee. At least has a boottle water in the room for convenience.

Staff was great! So friendly and helpful Some of the room was dirty when I arrived but it wasnt too bad. The one critique i have is that this hotel was LOUD. Not the hotels fault. You cant make people more respectful and quiet but it was hard to sleep

Great stay. Staff were nice and friendly. Was told I was upgraded to a suite when I arrived, that was a bonus. The room was clean and spacious.

The towels some were still dirty. I had to go to the front desk get fresh towels. Also the parking some people take 2 spots. I had to park far away.

You guys need to hire better daytime staff!!! Tired of grumpy women in customer service!!

The heat/ac unit was on its last legs and rumbled all night. The guests beside us and across the hall had kids who kept slamming doors and running up and down the halls until 12:30am and the staff didn’t want to address it.

The room was clean, bathroom stocked, and perfectly working thermostat.

It was decent

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a little soft for us. Very awkward placement ofvbathroom door almost bangs into the toilet! Breakfast was only carbs and cold boiled eggs...not great.
