The location to the baseball stadium and downtown area was perfect for a little getaway. Staff were friendly and price was great!

HOTEL WAS CLEAN, $18 FOR BREAKFAST WAS PRICEY !!! NO MAID SERVICE WAS TOLD IT WAS LIKE EVERY OTHER DAY ..YET THE MAID WAS ON THE FLOOR WHEN I LEFT AT 10AM FOR THE DAY, CAME BACK AT 11PM NOTHING CLEAN, NO BED MADE NO CLEAN TOWELS. SAID SOMETHING AT THE DESK, SAID MAID SERVICE IS NOT EVERYDAY !!! WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THAT !!!

Very close to Cleveland baseball stadium

The hotel was SO close to Progressive field, which was AMAZING. We also took a Lyft to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which was $6.50. The hotel was amazing, met some great people at the bar. Only wished the kitchen could have stayed open a little longer.

The check in staff was wonderful. We checked in around 5:30pm on July 4. We got to the room and it was extremely dirty. There was mold in the bathtub. Evidence of a leak in the ceiling with ceiling texture all over the floor and harder surfaces. The refrigator was unlevel due to leaking onto the moldy surface below it and there were holes in it that the fridge was falling into. We had just spent two days at Cedar Point and were weary from the physical nature of those days and issues with the hotel we stayed at there (the staff was very accomodating there). We woke up about an hour away from our check-out time at the Hilton Garden Inn so I went down to ask if we could have another hour for check-out and the staff at the desk was on her phone and told me they did not have anything available for later check-out. I have never even heard of that and do not appreciate that she would not even put her phone down to help me. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Location is great if going to Progressive Park. Hotel is dated, it it could use a refresh. The light switch by the door needed replacing. Pool and hot tub were murky. The chicken place across the street was very yummy, but no other choices for eating.

Rooms were not available for check in until 5:30.

The property overall was fine, but parking is an absolute nightmare. Third-party parking fees, half the time, the gate didn't work. If you are not comfortable parking in tight spaces, avoid this hotel. The room was fine, beds were comfortable. No free breakfast. The pool was alright, hot tub was okayish, the jets were subpar, and the color was green, ( could be the title color). Needs to be better maintained. Staff was helpful, manager not so much. She seemed more worried about admin tasks instead of helping the line of customers.

We stayed for a Guardians baseball game and the field is just across the street. The property is old but clean with a limited parking lot. Safe and convenient.

The fire alarms were broken and it kept going off. Couldn't hardly sleep it was very hot but everyone was very nice

Parking frustrating as gate reader did not work. No regular coffee in room.

Convenient location but it was a little noisy even being on the 11th floor,.

Upon arriving the lobby was very pretty and newly renovated. It ended there. The room was dated, beat up and filthy. Tiles had dirty shoe marks, carpet had plastic pieces and food everywhere . There were food wrapper and junk behind the mattresses. Every surface was sticky including drip marks on the table and coffee area. It was clear theroom had not been cleaned at all. Parking was also a hassle. I have never been disappointed by a Hilton until now

Room was not clean at all. Floors were clearly not vaccumed. There was a left over comb in the main living area on the floor which shows that floor was not even touched.

I enjoyed my stay at this downtown location. okay rooms. There is a fee for the breakfast unless you book complimentary. They will cook to order or you can have the buffet. I enjoyed my swim in the pool and the hot tub. $20 for parking. Less than 10 mins from Cleveland Clinic.
