Clean with really comfy bed!

They appeared to be working with a new system, took quite a while to check in. Overall, the hotel was quite nice once everybody figures out how everything works it should improve. Housekeeping was not bad however they did not refill the coffee supply or remove a dirty tray from the breakfast buffet. I would stay here again.

CLEAN room. Comfortable room, bed, and linens. Good parking, we’re in an RV so that’s important.

The elevator stuck a little bit when you were going up to the third floor - other than that, it was fantastic!! Everyone was very nice !! Hotel was awesome - we’ll definitely book this hotel again !!

Staff were good at their jobs. English is the second language. A little hard to understand.

Great stay for a work trip. I have stayed at more expensive neighboring hotels and the holiday inn beats them. The staff were all so kind, my room was clean, and the breakfast alternated most days which I really enjoyed. Would recommend and will be back!

Everything was really nice except the air conditioning was loud.

Our check in was great. Rebecca at the front desk was very helpful and made the check in process very easy. She was very attentive and had amazing customer service. Great breakfast.

Nothing too fancy but it is clean and the bed was comfortable. The one complaint I do have is that hotels are putting soap in shampoo is these wall mounted dispensers which are a pain in the ass. The ones by the sink in the bathroom were especially a pain because they were way off to the side away from the sink because of the mirror. Also, not a big fan of Dove liquid soap products.

Great place to stay. immaculate and the staff is friendly and best of all their appearance is professional with no piercings in their face
