Wir waren 11 Tage dort, es hat nicht gut gerochen, überall kleine Käfer und sonstige Kleintiere. Die Mikrowelle funktionierte nicht, die Küche konnte nicht genutzt werden weil selbst bei Toast der Rauchmelder anging und wir das Fenster nicht öffnen konnten( auch nicht lüften) es war zugeschraubt. Einmal kam sogar die Feuerwehr weil der Alarm los ging.Es gab keine Töpfe, Pfannen, Salatschüssel, Suppenlöffel… überall Müll draußen, verdreckte Eingänge, nur 2 Stühle am Pool (für alle Gäste )der nur notdürftig gereinigt wurde. Es wurde nicht einmal draußen am Pool gefegt in den Tagen, überall Zigarettenstummel. 2 Sonnenliegen die oll und verdreckt waren. zimmer wurde am 8. Tag auf Erinnerung von uns geputzt. Es war einfach nur laut, der Kühlschrank war laut und taute immer wieder ab und das eingefrorene mussten wir wegschmeißen. Im Nebenraum wurde in der Nacht die Wäsche vom Hotel gewaschen, sehr laut. Wir haben Wäsche gewaschen in der Hälfte der Zeit, man kann kein Waschmittel im Hotel kaufen und die Waschmaschinen und Trockner waren extrem dreckig. Weiße Wäsche hatte Flecken danach, weil die Maschinen nicht gereinigt werden. Im Trockner waren alles alte Fussel und Schmutz. Auf dem Parkplatz lungern Menschen rum. Im allgemeinen ein sehr schlechtes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich das war ein Pluspunkt. Generell nicht zu empfehlen.

The staff was more than polite and helpful, they were all very nice. However, I informed them of a very big bug that was dead and it sat where it was for two days, gross!! Other than that, some of the guests were very inconsiderate of other people who were around. Being on their cell phones out in the hallway arguing. The hotel itself is very nice and so are the staff. I would come back here again

The toilet keep backing up the room door didn't lock the microwave was not working

It was fine but the room smelled bad from cooking but was tolerable.

We've stayed here in the past with our last stay being 3 years ago. In the past it was decent so we came back. It wasn't the same. The property has gone down hill. I don't like writing bad reviews but want to save others from what we experienced. The property was filthy with trash in the halls and the stair case had rotten food and smelled so bad my grandson and I were gagging. There were many folks residing at the motel long term. Our first room smelled horrible and the air conditioner was stuck on high. The phone didn't work and floor was sticky and carpet filthy. We requested a new room which we were given and it was slightly cleaner but still dirty with sticky floor and a huge beetle bug dying on it's back in the bathroom. The one positive thing I can say is that the staff was amazing and friendly and tried to help as much as they were able. We asked for a refund and they gave it back to us with no problems and we found a safe, clean, VRBO and our trip was saved.

Overall the room and hotel environment were not the best but the front desk representatives were helpful and welcoming.

Clean

The property is tired. Scuffed paint and bits of debris almost everywhere you look. The carpet in my room had a white stain 4” wide (what causes that?) and the bathtub was chipped in several spots. Interior spaces smelled funky. Some younger guests live there semi-permanently. Located next to an interstate highway but without sound proof windows. Listening to truck horns and revving motorcycles all night.

This should not be on Expedia. Extremely dirty, felt unsafe and had to book other accommodations due to the condition of the place. Don’t book here

No breakfast in the morning only coffee.

Electronic receipt was for $20 less than I paid. "Because I used a third party to reserve-pre pay". No microwave in room. No breakfast. "We no longer do that" Clean room but pillows like marshmallows and a few long hairs in tub. Only one chair in room. Kitchen with big refrigerator and utensils were a plus.

Hotel and room were terrible. Smelled terrible.

Excellent staff. They offer everything you need for your most comfortable need. Paper towels kitchen wear. They offer just about everything . Super clean

False advertising for free breakfast. There was no breakfast available.

The entrance to the building was dirty. A garbage can was flowing over at the entrance for three days. The internet and WiFi were poor quality.
