Furniture in the room needs updating, dining room chairs had stains , living room furniture had stains Kitchen faucet was loose. Hot tub faucet was loose. Closet doors in master bedroom were hard to open . Staff were attentive and friendly. Pools were well kept and clean. Enjoyed daily activities at the big kahuna..

Was very nice around the area quiet respectful i like the door before going into your room i felt very secure. The only thing i didn't like was the surrounding of the balcony was dirty they should wash it down but orther wise was nice

The property was wonderful and offered a variety of activities. The staff was very helpful and offered great service. The room and bathroom were clean but the shower stall could use some updating. Overall it was a good experience for me and my family.

Laundry machine in the bedroom the filter broke in the middle of laundry being. Mildew in around the tube.

This resort is perfect for families. There are lots of activities to do on the grounds and the rooms are spacious. The kids had a wonderful time

I loved that the property felt safe and secure. Loved that it was about 15 minutes from Disney. Truly had no issues with the property other than maybe having gotten a few more rolls or toilet paper due to stomach issues. But not a major issue truly. I plan on coming back within the next year for my next vacation to Universal.

The houses. Worth the extra money to have a private pool!

It’s a nice property with many things for families to do such as mini putt, basketball court, entertainment space and swimming pools. If you need anything, you have to keep calling front desk for it as they only provide housekeeping every seven days. Some times it’s easier to go to the front and pick up what you need instead of waiting for them to drop It off. The only drawback is if you plan on going to Disney or universal studios the shuttle service they provide isn’t one that is ideal. It only has one time slot to go to the parks and one slot to come back. If you don’t plan on visiting the parks then this is a good property to stay on.

Need better communication at the checkin time, explain how to navigate through the property and not just focus about getting the people to sign in for the property tour and presentation.

2 room villas are spacious. Swimming pools well maintained. Safe environment for children.

They were very helpful with my mother‘s disability. The room was accessible for her wheelchair, and we had a close parking for her disability car. The rooms are pretty and very spacious. The kitchen was complete with all utensils and pots and pans that were needed. They also went out of their way to get a shower chair for my mother
