HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD - Mold and broken door I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Despite being marketed as a 4-star property, it failed on all basic levels of hygiene and safety. 1. Severe Mold: We found black mold in the shower and green mold growing on the floor next to the toilet. This is a serious health violation that was completely ignored by the staff. 2. Safety Breach: The main door to our room was broken at the frame/lock. It was visibly damaged, making us feel completely unsafe during our stay. 3. Terrible Management: When we pointed out these hazards, the staff was indifferent and even tried to charge us extra to move to a different room. They refused any refund on-site. Hotels.com has been unhelpful despite photographic evidence of the mold and broken doorframe. Save your money and your health—avoid Ludovisi Palace at all costs!

O Hotel é antigo (velho) e diferente das fotos apresentadas. Alguns funcionários da recepção não são muito amigáveis (havia um que era). No quarto, a garrafa para fazer café estava tão suja de poeira, que parecia que não era limpa há muito tempo! No banheiro o suporte do chuveiro estava quebrado. O café da manhã tinha pouca variedade, poucas frutas, o suco era artificial, e tinha comidas que não era repostas à medida que iam acabando.

Very nice and cozy hotel walking distance to some of Rome’s key attractions, such as Trevi Fountain. Attentive staff and varied breakfast. The rooms are clean and modern. This hotel is one of the highlights of my most recent trip to Rome!

Clean room .....Good houskeeping.....helpfull staff .....even they didn't offer me a late check out !!! they told me that the Hotel was full !! in fact it wasn't !!! I checked all websites that night and in all of them was planty of available rooms !!!!

A equipe é ótima, fui muito bem atendido, em todos as horas. O quarto foi muito bom e o café da manhã muito bom também. Fica próximo a restaurantes e a estação Barberini e um pouco de subida a partir da estação.

Café da manhã bom e com bom atendimento. Cortesia de todos os funcionários acima da expectativa. Colchão macio na medida certa. Banho eficiente. Único ponto negativo é o ar condicionado que não funciona. Voltaria e recomendaria!

Breakfast is the best. Carmen makes a great cappuccino and is kind and welcoming. She is a superb hostess. I loved my stay at this charming hotel.

Property was Great. Cots were a little uncomfortable for the kids but doable. Refrigerator was very small and limited, very hard to add own stuff inside. Only 2 small complimentary water for a family of 4, was directed to a vending machine for more. thought that was a little cheap.

The property is not why it seemed in pictures. Also they said they have room service which they didn’t have. Terrible experience
