I like everything about the place the food excellent the place is so nice the service I mean all the people that were there. There is so friendly. I like it. The best time I ever had so far I recommended to everybody.

Beautiful pool. Water a bit warm because of the hot weather. Food tasty but nothing special. Only buffet for breakfast otherwise make reservations for restaurants. Resort needs ceiling fans. No air conditioning in common areas. No fans in rooms either. July, August, September are the real hot humid months. All the workers were very nice and helpful. Water very rough. Sand very course to walk on.

Friendly staff, beautiful beach, pool. Food not great but other than that, I would recommend staying in this hotel.

The staff was amazing, the beach was amazing, the vibes were amazing and I felt very safe here. Only reason I gave this a 4/5 the food was okay and the buffet was small. Room service employee was the best! He was so kind!!!!!! Thank you.

Wow! Another wonderful week at Paradisus. My partner and I have fallen in love with this place. The people, the food, the views and the property. Just top notch. The staff are so warm and kind. They are truly the stars of the trip. It’s such a beautiful gift to be taken care of with such grace and expertise. I am Celiac and they were very attentive to my dietary needs. That is a huge thing for anyone who has dietary restrictions. The resort is the perfect blend of fun and sophistication. No foam parties or nightclub, but still plenty of chances to kick up your heels and let loose. The other guests were so much fun to get to know and we made friends with lots of great people. The swimmable beach is a real winner as well. It’s a treat to get to enjoy the Pacific in Cabo since it’s not advised to swim at most beaches. We will be back! Can’t wait!

This hotel was the perfect stay! The rooms were super clean and beautiful. The robes and slippers provided were super comfy. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, kind and professional. We did a couples massage at the spa and it was so relaxing. We loved their sauna and steam room. The deep tissue massage was also a 10/10. The pool was lively and the bartenders were so good at making all kinds of drinks. I really enjoyed their daily aerobics water class. All the restaurants were great and it was easy to get reservations. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely resort, food was very good in Sante and The Cave. Good cocktail options too. Clean rooms and pool areas. We did a lot of research and looked at a lot of hotels and this one consistently has lovely reviews, and I have to agree. The entertainment staff, especially Miguel, Enrique and Jorge were really great. The entertainment is all subtle and not overwhelming. The one recommendation is that they should have a second lunch option. Reserve members have access to 2 lunch places but everyone else has access to 1.

The resort overall was good ! There should be be more entertainment for adults for night time.

The best hotel in the area

Great food and excellent service. Room was good except our A/C did not work well. Staff was sent to repair and were never able to get the unit fully functional. Another couple in our group had a bathroom with a missing door. So, privacy was an issue. However, they never reported the problem. Overall, the place was lovely.

The experience felt luxurious! The staff were so helpful and the property felt like home.

We had an amazing stay at Paradisus Los Cabos and would absolutely come back! The swim-up room was the highlight of our trip. Having our own pool just steps from the room, combined with an incredible ocean view, made it the perfect place to relax any time of day. Waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to step right into the water was an experience we won’t forget. The staff throughout the resort were outstanding. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived until checkout. Their attention to detail and excellent service really elevated our vacation. The restaurants were also very good, with plenty of variety and consistently delicious food. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we always found something we enjoyed, and the service at each restaurant was excellent. Overall, Paradisus Los Cabos exceeded our expectations. Beautiful accommodations, fantastic service, great dining, and a relaxing atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. We highly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next visit!

This resort is amazing! Service is great, staff are all so nice and the food was really good. The property is clean and well maintained. Would def stay here again and recommend anyone else stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at Paradisus. Staff were there straight away to make sure we were looked after. Oswaldo made sure our needs were met. The pool side staff were fantastic, from the pool bar, the pool crew who helped with towels, sunscreen, etc. Rooms were huge, 2 shower heads in the shower, massive king bed, we really made use of the all inclusive nature of it. Definitely worth staying there for a honeymoon (which we did) even if it is expensive but considering how much you can do, you get good value. The place is secure, the wait staff in the restaurants were personable and very helpful.
