Amazing staff, amazing service & property. Absolutely loved my stay here

We liked it very much at the Kalisti hotel. Pool and surroundings were very good. Unfortunately, the pool bar closed very early in the evening. But very clean, the staff was also good.

The location is perfect, two minutes walk to the beautiful streets of Fira. The rooms are nice, breakfast quality and service are super. Some of the staff is lacking customer service skills, got into ridiculous arguments with us. Pool towels policy changed while we were there. They did not allow to bring snacks and drinks to the pool area, and insisted that we were informed, which we were not. The jacuzzi water was cold. The manager of the place is very kind and does his best to assist.

The property was nice and had a great pool area. It was also convenient to local shops and restaurants in Fira and easy access to the bus station to get to other towns. The room was a bit smaller than other hotels we had in Greece. Overall still a nice stay.

Todo perfecto, super limpio, el personal muy amable. Desayuno muy bueno y variado. También el hotel es espectacular y tiene unas vistas muy lindas desde el área de las piscinas y el jardín. Nos encantó a toda la familia! Muchas gracias por la hospitalidad.

Very beautiful hotel close to the center of Santorini !! We really enjoyed the upgrade, we received a beautiful triple room with an amazing jacuzzi ! Highly recommended !

The staff member Helen was very helpful and we felt welcoming. The swimming pool area was fantastic and clean as well. We ordered come cocktail drinks and sunbathing by the pool, what a life.

The staff is attentive and friendly. The owner is kind. We had a good experience. Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel is close to everything. Would recommend.

The Kalisti was in a great location being close to Fira main area, so it was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the bus station. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bar area was comfortable and relaxing. I would stay again if I ever visit Santorini.

Great location, near bus station, a supermarket opposite the hotel，room is small but enough for 2 person, swin poor is good, excellent breakfast, free yogurt .

The hotel is beautiful and located at a short walk from the main bus station, so you can take the public buses everywhere. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, the service is superb. The included breakfast is incredibly complete, includes the regular dishes but also many hot Greek dishes. It is a good way to test the Greek cuisine for the 1st time. This is the ideal hotel for travelers coming to Santorini for the 1st. time

The room was a lot of smaller than it was shown in pictures. The front desk reception service was bad. The TV remote was missing in our room, she completely forgot about it until we had to ask her again the next business day. The water, coffee and condiments were not refilled, we also had to ask the front desk for the refill in person.
