Water fountain in gym was broken. No USB charging outlets in room. Noisy on freeway side. Dark spots in parking lot. Unmotivated staff.

I was very satisfied staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean hotel was clean quiet. I will book a stay again

I enjoyed my stay with my family. It met all my prerequisites. The suites were a fairly big and nice. The only downfall was that the stove did not work and it had a weird smell but not a dealbreaker. Overall I rate it an 8/10.

The hotel had a funny smell and the hallways were even worse. The room itself wasn't bad but we did not get but 4-5 spins worth of toilet paper. I called the front desk and was told thst I would have to go downstairs to go get a new roll. I didn't have a chance to check out the pool so I can't comment on that. Over all, I was dissatisfied with the stay. Never again.

The front desk,staff was excellent, but it was an older building and the room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been before and the counters sticky.

Tv broken and room Not well cleaned

Got paint all over bathroom bag and clothes due to freshly painted shelves..no signs Employee leaving room as we got to door just smiles and walks on down the hallway

Place is just meh. Nothing that good, nothing that bad.

It was not the cleanest room and the toilet was stopped up and tub did not drain well.

I was not able to use the room. My trip was canceled by my company at the last minute. Terms of reservation did not allow me to cancel the room. Therfore, I can not comment on the canceled stay

Easy getting too and checking in.

Staff was friendly and property was clean. Property seemed a little dated.

The front desk people were very helpful. Good points to them. The rooms are rundown. Missing Items like soap, toilet paper. I had to be given another room because the TV did not work properly. The phone did not work either. The whole place looks rundown. The location is good.

Reserved 2 rooms with separate bedrooms. But when checking in only 1 room was available. Could hear the child next door crying and running

Good size room. The bed could be a little bigger, seems more like a full instead of a queen. Reasonable nightly rate. I like that the room has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion.

Very convenient location and very friendly staff.
