The room was comfortable and for the most part clean. There was a large oil stain on the fabric barrel chair and the fridge didn't work. The housekeeper knocked on my door at 8:30am and again at 10:30am even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

The price was good but the room could be cleaner

The heater in the room was always blowing and close to the bed. I had to move furniture to block the air. There wasn’t any water at breakfast.

Great place. I come to this hotel every New Year’s Eve and love it.

Quiet and comfortable

The furniture (CHAIR) was in a bad condition, upholstery damaged and had to use a bath towel to use as cushion to sit on it.

Within walking distance to the mall.

The carpet in the room was very dirty, the chair in terrible condition, only one lamp worked, the truth is, it was very expensive for a terrible room, I do not recommend it.

What I like is no issue's. Stress free.

Nice hotel but the room was very cold.

Everything was awesome the staff was great and welcoming, especially shanieta I don't know if I'm spelling her name right,but she was very helpful and provisional when we needed anything. Good job the hotel is clean and quiet.

This was an average hotel. There seemed to be a need for a very deep clean of the room.

My stay was very decent. Appliances were very outdated could use some renovations. The desk chair was horrible could use new ones. The bathroom was the only place I can say I really enjoyed the most you can tell it was newly renovated I hope they can do the same with the room it's self . Overall my stay was decent and I was able to get some much needed rest.

This place felt really dirty. Stains on the bedding and carpet, trash on the floor in the hallways, generally dusty. Spend a little extra and go elsewhere for the peace of mind.
