Ya mejoró el desayuno, respecto a visitas previas, pero aún el jugo está muy rebajado.

Había cucarachas por todos lados y me sacaron unos audífonos de mi maleta, no recomiendo este lugar

La ubicación no es recomendable para buscar opciones de comida y se siente inseguro caminar en las noches en el área.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, la habitación limpia todos los días, personal muy atento, buen desayuno, el estacionamiento un poco limitado cuando hay alta ocupación pero si encontramos lugar. Lo recomiendo al Maximo!

Todo excelente, solo que el personal nos negó apoyo cuando pedimos unas tijeras, nos dijo que no tenían, tuvo que ir el de seguridad que muy amable nos ayudó pidiéndolas donde nos dijeron que no había… comida bien, habitaciones limpia… solo en el área de alberca dos cucarachas muertas, solo que las retiren, sabemos que hay en todos lados…

トリプルでの利用でしたが、部屋には2人分のタオルしかなくソファベッド用のシーツもなかったため、受付まで取りに行った。また、バスタオルと足拭きマットは毎日取替だったが、手拭き用のタオルが一部屋に一つしか渡せないと言われびっくりした。 朝食はパンや卵料理、ヨーグルト、フルーツがあり、美味しかった。 駅から徒歩圏内であり、よかったと思う。

Todo bien

Room was actually pretty good. Unfortunately the safe didn’t work, no hair dryer and no fridge (which is advertised but the spot for it was empty). They promptly fixed the safe and provided the hair dryer. Staff were helpful and available. They just had trouble answering the phone though… My phone worked but apparently did not ring. The restaurant told me they kept calling but it never rang. The remote control of the TV did not work. They replaced it the next day but endured the first night with no TV access. The onsite restaurant, La Cuchara, which I think is independently operated, was actually good and had Bohemia night every night with local older adults singing and dancing. Nothing crazy just good, decent fun. Food was ok and prices were reasonable. All in all, some hiccups, but I would stay again due to convenience for me (close to where I usually go).

Excellent customer service provided by the staff. They are friendly and respectful and make you feel like you’re home.

Overall ..a good stay...we were there for 6 days .Clean rooms helpful staff..Great breakfasts...Older building but comfortable enough and close to most areas ... neighborhood a bit sketchy especially at night...We were advised not to go out after dark...Other than that...all good!

The lobby was cold once you leave the lobby to go to your room the hotel is extremely hot like a sauna.
