Very warm and welcoming staff from the time we arrived until we departed. Stayed 5 nights and would have for another 2 if the room was available. And this place has AC. We’re really very happy to be able to get this place.

Small rooms! This hotel is good for short term stays. Long is rough. No shelves in bathroom for toiletries, makeup etc. no shower shelves for shampoo and conditioner. No shampoo or conditioner provided. No washer available or close. Employees were friendly and cleaning room daily was good.

Very cosy room. The bathroom was really small and sheets were not so clean.

Personnel très attentionné et sympathique. Service de conciergerie pour les bagages. Des chambres impeccable, un environnement silencieux, que demander de plus pour un voyage d’affaires.

The manager was EXCELLENT at helping us problem-solve a couple minor issues initially. He was kind, courteous, and VERY helpful! Would recommend this to others. We could see the glow of the Eiffel Tower around the corner of the street- walkable or trains to everything. Thank you for making our stay much more memorable!

Hotel funcional correcto, aunque la habitación es minúscula, es limpio y con lo necesario si sólo vas a dormir. Personal agradable. Tiene guardaequipaje. Un poco alejado del centro, pero bien comunicado por metro

Très mauvais accueil. Refus de servir un petit déjeuner car « pas de réservation » dixit la responsable sur un ton péremptoire et vexatoire. Par ailleurs, ma demande de deuxième carte a donné lieu à un propos fort désagréable. Je ne peux que blâmer cette attitude.

The hotel room was not very clean. I found a lot of hairs on the sheets but the cleaner who came to check seemed to say they came from the bedspread and my self when I took off the bedspread. The room was very dusty, specially in the corners/floor moldings which resulted in a stuffy nose which cleared when leaving the hotel. The desk in the room was so small it wasn't possible to use to work. The cleaning staff left the window open when cleaning and it stood open the whole day until I returned on the evening. The bedsheets were torn. One day the warm water stopped working and instead of informing me or apologizing they demanded to come into my room when I came back to the hotel to check. No question if it has ok or we apologize for the inconvience. Other then that the staff was friendly. Besides the open window the hotel felt safe although there is no place to be besides your small hotel room. The lounge area is always filled with staff and friends of staff and it felt uncomfortable even sitting there waiting.
